I normally brag about jacks and eat a lot there. but not not. Philadelphia ms. we ordered 2 hamburgers with specific orders. we got 4 hamburgers 2 fries. they was extra cold. it took 5 min to get order so it was already cooked.
I ordered half and half tea and got unsweetened. when your on the job u don't have time to return. Wendy's, burger king, and kfc is right across the road. it looks like I may have to recommend them unless something.
the girls just don't give a flip.

when they first opened it was great the team was friendly helpful and the ordered were right.Then you moved the good manger and put ones in that were rude disrespectful and can't get the ordered right.So we have t been back since my surgery in Aug.we go to piedmont ala when we can

Poor customer service!! Waited 14:35 minutes for a order inside with no one in front of us, while the shift manager filled door dash orders instead. Then didn't get 2 simple Flap Jack specials correctly!! No eggs on either order. Definitely did not receive the order correctly!! Priority should be given to the customer who comes inside to order!! Then he was rude and a bully!! I guess because I'm a senior citizen!! Winchester Rd. Do better on Saturday morning's with your inside customer's as you do with the people to lazy to drive to the actual location!!

I was visiting family in Mississippi in the Purvis area and they ordered in our first night! Burgers were amazing.
Our last 2 days there we ordered again because I wanted to try the chicken fingers and OMG! simply amazing tender and juicy! Should definitely build one in Texas because now Im definitely going to have to make a weekly trip to Mississippi just to enjoy this place

We had a chance to try the new chicken wings. Since there were 3 of us, we each got a different flavor so we could share and try them all. Now we know where to come for lunch during the week. Great eating for a great price since it comes with fries and a drink. And thanks, Purvis MS, for such friendly and helpful staff!

There was TRASH literally everywhere when we walked in! All over the floors in the lobby. Dirty panties and trash on the bathroom floor. When I went to counter to place my order the girls were rude as hell and straight up stood at that register and Ignored me, I had to just start speaking so she would even pay me attention. We waited 30 mins for 2 chicken strips French fries and a small chocolate milkshake. When they gave me my order I told them I was missing a chocolate shake and two girls walked over to the ice cream section and was clearly speaking very rude and talking about how I had an attitude! Thought I couldnt hear them! I don’t know who owns this establishment but it needs to be shut down or fire everyone working this evening and start fresh! It’s just unacceptable! To have such rude employees not only did they act that way towards me but i witnessed them acting that way only to the white people in the line. I don’t know how that place is still open! It’s disgusting inside and I tried my best talking my son out of getting stuff there but we have been on the road for 4 hours now and was hungry. We love Jacks but I will never go back to this one. Poor excuse for the facility and workers there!! If you can’t be professional then you have no business working with customers. If you can’t be properly groomed and clean then you have no business working handling food!

Beware, Shrinkflation! Jack's was my favorite fast food restaurant in Purvis, until today. We stopped in and got a to go order for our granddaughter, my wife, and myself. When I opened the bag at home I thought someone had made a mistake. The big bacon is MUCH smaller, and of course the price wasn't lower. When my wife opened her box she found that her chicken strips were half the size they had been. I wouldn't have minded a price increase to keep the same sizes, but being underhanded and substituting something smaller then hoping no one notices or complains really annoys me. WE WILL NOT BE BACK!🤬🤬
