The food is good when they remember to give you your whole order. Whenever I order more than one meal it’s a 50/50 shot of getting everything I ordered and paid for. I live about 15 minutes away and it’s not worth driving back to the store when I bring back supper for the family and find out that I’m missing a chicken sandwich.

Little girl at the register was verry rude needed to learn manners then continue to call my wife nasty names and talk like she wanted to fight when I talked to the manager she just rolled her eyes and let the girl continue to cuss at me

Employees and rude and disrespectful the restaurant is extremely unprofessional they need an entirely new staff. The managers mistreat the team members, to be specific Wesley needs to be fired, they illegally clock workers out early the place is disgusting they could possibly have roaches. I will be filing a lawsuit against jacks in Purvis very soon.

I asked if they had country fried steak and I was told yes. I ordered that with mashed potatoes and gravy with coleslaw. I got 3 hamburger patties covered in brown gravy. Ya totally not a country fried steak.
I did drive thru and had to wait for my food but it was worth it. Great chicken tenders, nice and fresh!

We went to the one on Lee Hwy in Chattanooga, TN. It's pretty new to the area so we tried it ... has to be the WORST FOOD AND TEA THAT WE'VE EVER HAD, FOOD WAS COLD AND NASTY, ...WE HAD TO HAVE THE CASHIER POUR OUT THE TEA AND GET A SODA, IT WAS SO GROSS ... NEVER WILL WE EVER EAT AT A JACKS AGAIN! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

This is the second time this week that we have visited Jack's We have been asked to wait longer for our food because they were cooking it fresh and both times our food came out cold it was good chicken fingers and we still ate them as we had gotten to go but the bread on the chicken sandwich was hard even though the chicken sandwich should have been made fresh because it was a special order.

Went to the drive thru 2 months ago for a small breakfast burrito. The girl that took my order was at the window when I pulled up. She was small, with a long ponytail. She took my debit card, rung me up, and then told me to pull around. I told her, "Not without my debit card." She then rolled her eyes and handed it to me and then rudely told me to pull around. I wasn't sure where exactly "pull around" was. So I parked out front. 36 minutes went by and I finally went in to see what was going on. The rude window girl told me she couldn't find me, that I pulled around too far. A shorter, older gal offered to remake my burrito because it was cold now. I said, "No, I just want my money back." The older gal then said, "Well we just changed out the register so we can't do that." I teared up, already had a tough morning losing a friend and I just walked out. I will never go back there. Ever. Worst service. No one in there cares.

The only good part of my food was my burger and my peanut butter cookies and cream milkshake. The fries were overly salty and I went to get me and my dad a chilli cheese hotdog because we were still hungry and the chilli was awful, tasted like unflavored, bland meat mush, almost like potted meat.
