Out of all the McDonald's I've been in, this has got to be one of the best McDonald's I've visited. I ordered a Happy Meal and a Hot Honey McCrispy at around 2PM and I have to say the workers are really kind and delivered my food in no time. No McDonald's I've been to has had such a great service. Everything about it is near perfection, It's truly a hidden Mississippi Gem that everyone should know. I'm going to soon tell everyone I know about this McDonald's since it truly seems to have one of the best services out there. -Zealand F.

This is now about the second or third time I have come there for cheeseburgers and they have been cold and the cheese is not even melted. Not even a little the meat was cold. The buns were probably not regular burger buns. They seem very thick compared to what normal cheeseburgers come out as. Highly disappointed with whoever is in charge of lunch. I have been there on other days at breakfast and it’s been OK but lunch with the cheeseburgers is consistently poor

I came here this morning through the drive thru @ the purvis location and they made me wait like 4 times at the speaker to even get someone to take my order, then completely messed my order up, then they took 20 minutes to even get my food out to me in the first place. Then I go later that night and they do the exact same thing. This is completely crazy!!!!

Went August 1st around 5pm and a female, assuming manager, was being verbally abusive to a young trainee at the register. This happened in the drive thru. I was shocked at how he was being talked down to. This was verbal abuse. She should not be in her position. She said many mean things, but one was “stop being so slow! Can’t you see other cars that have to keep moving!? This isn’t a stroll in the park. You need to be quicker!” She then processed to take over what he was doing, which was giving me my change. She didn’t even give the poor guy a chance to interact with me. Completely unprofessional and, to be honest, I was scared of her myself. I wanted to say something so badly but she seemed beyond aggressive. Please respond to this so I can give more info. This should be reported. Her name was Caitlyn and she is a white female with glasses

Don't go in the afternoon. The burger was old and dry like it had been sitting for hours, the fries were cold and so was the chicken nuggets. The boy at the drive up didn't even acknowledge me or say thank you. I would have taken back but I was so disappointed and mad. I have never gotten anything like this before ever at the Purvis Mc Donalds. Hope they fix this problem
Bought breakfast this morning and within three bites realized the meat was expired. Probably going to enjoy some food poisoning today … joy

The service is terrible and very slow and unprofessional. Staff workers speaking to each other in a way that is deplorable. Thrash cans always overflowing with thrash and hundreds of flies. During breakfast it’s a miracle to find ketchup or napkins. I’ve been to McDonald’s in all states and different countries, and the one in Purvis is an embassies. It has poor leadership and substandard management.
