My family and I absolutely love Milano’s. It is so yummy. The alfredo, buffalo chicken, bbq chicken, and white pizza are our favorites so far. I love ordering on the Slice app and picking it up. Super easy and convenient.

Absolutely horrible, we eat here twice a week and it’s always great , but it’s been rapidly declining, this week, called ahead as usual, waited a hour to get cold thrown together food, the Pizza was ice cold , the wedgie was cold and thrown together an the salad was a mess, There were 3 other customers waiting longer than me asking for refunds. Need to improve big time ! We want be coming back

Other than if you order a small pizza for the 9.99 but when you go to pay the register charges more and when I asked about it I got from the cashier that there was nothing they can do about it! So order a large it’s the same price lol but the pizza is delicious!!

Well, I’ll be honest, I have mixed emotions about my experience at Milano’s in Purvis. To start with the resturant is very nice and clean. The pizza and cheese bread were both very good however, my pizza had more cheese than the cheese bread. Also, I like my pepperoni on top of my cheese but I was so hungry at that point that it really didn’t matter. I would love to come back but the price, to me was a little too high for a small pizza and a small cheese bread. I totally understand you have to make profits to make a living, pay employees, and maintain operational costs. I get it but $18 for a small pizza and cheese bread is a little much. By the time I added in my drink my meal was a few cents shy of $22. The two plus drink shouldn’t have been more that $18 max. I will say that I got a belly full and lunch tomorrow so that’s a plus. Also, your workers need to know that it’s not ok for their boy friends to hang out and flirt with each other during work/store hours. It’s unprofessional and makes the store look bad. Fortunately I was the only customer there so it wasn’t that big a deal but had it been busy it likely could have been a distraction. All in all despite the price I think Milano’s is still 5 star worthy.

After my experience a few moments ago I give Milano’s a negative 10 stars!!! I’ve only been a few times and was set on eating lunch there today. Walked in and no buffet in site. Just a salad bar. Stood at the counter for a bit only to be told that they wouldn’t be taking orders until 12 because they had a “huge order for 25 pizzas”. You never, EVER turn door customers away!!! If you have an order that big come in earlier and get the order knocked out before your lobby opens. Your dine in customers are critical to your business survival. Poor management!!! Very unlikely I’ll be back. I just thought I found a new pizza place!!! Smh…

I called ahead and ordered the spaghetti with meat sauce and meatballs. I asked for extra sauce and got about 2lbs of cheese and hardly no sauce. Meatballs taste like the sauce premade. I had high hopes for a Italian place 11 minutes from work. I guess my search continues.

The pizza was really tasty. I really enjoyed it. The service on the other hand was not great. The girl treated my father and I like we were an inconvenience to her socializing with her coworkers. She tossed our plates and food on the table with a little too much force and went back to socializing. 3 stars because the pizza was good !

We got an order for Lamar Health Care yesterday, and it was burnt and disgusting and cold. I couldn’t believe it. Very very disappointed!
