DO NOT RECOMMEND! I will NEVER go to this sonic location again. Every single time I have gone here something has been wrong. The last straw was biting into raw chicken and when I brought it to the managers attention I was told they couldn't give me a refund just a credit to use it the future.

the screens to order from are horrible, all have busted speakers and the touch screen menu to tip after the order is nonexistent. some screens do not work at all or are missing

You see, I had to be home by 5:30 so I could get ready to go see my daughter at her game. I don't know what's been going on here, however I do believe this place must be understaffed or, least, ran by unprofessionals. First of all, my order was late. Second of all, I have only seen one carhop working her tail off the entire time I was there.

Lastly, my mozzarella sticks were like rubber... This isn't anything new here. My food is either cold, or I'm missing something in my bag.

Do not I mean do not go there! I ordered, realized I forgot something so I ordered another drink. They didn't bring all my order! So I rang agin for something they were that went with my first order. They didn't bring my second order which was A Drink or what they left off my first! When I tried to call them agin. They would not answer me! Rude!

I ordered a large unsweetened iced tea. I paid with my card. I chose the no tip option and as as I went to push confirm it jumped over to a $2 tip and so the waitress got a &2 tip she didn’t deserve after practically throwing my drink at me, the tea is so watered down it’s almost like drinking water. Thanks for reminding me why I quit going to sonic in purvis.

Literally the worst sonic iv ever been to , took 30 minutes, service was horrible food was cold workers Literally picked my cherry out of my ice cream and I asked them to remake it nicely and they bring me back the same one. Forgot my sauces, and drink was watered down .

This place is so slow and has been for the past two years that I know of.
I placed an online order to be picked up asap, knowing it would take forever, and I had to wait 25 minutes. Which is ridiculous. I'm unsure if this sonic needs more employees or what, but they should take a page out of Poplarvilles sonic (which is always on point).
You can tell the food has been made with little to no care. I always regret going to this sonic, which is why I hardly do.

Disappointed! The last time I ate here I told myself I wouldn't come back. Gave it another shot and ordered a chicken sandwich that came out overcooked and hard. The chicken strips were too cheap to cost as much as they did. The drinks were flat etc. I could have went and dined in at a restaurant for what I paid for this. Sonic needs to do better!
