You don’t just have one person waiting on you, you have several, whether it is a refill or just to ask if you need anything else.Can’t think of any negative experience my wife and have had since it has came under new management,facelift starting at the front door,rest rooms have all ways look to be clean and cared for.Never really met the cooks but they do a awesome job.There is a tip jar for both server’s and cooks. “Visited for a short day trip from Memphis. Buffet was great. Little hard to hear around the server wall (just my hearing really.) but overall the food was great. Good seasoning and great sweet tea! Make sure you try the desert and take a walk to walk it off afterward. Also try the pork chops. Lots of historical buildings around. Great great parking all around.”

“Parking: Parking was can of a problem leaving, many people had came in with many others, so I couldn't get out the parking lot maybe 10 minutes or a lil less, no parking spaces, just parking on a lot so some people parked were they probably could not even knowing they may possibly be blocking others.”

“Came to this exact Subway about a month ago. And before we got to the door 3 Subway employees stopped us saying there was no food to fix so there was no reason for us to enter the store. We had placed an online order for pickup and planned to buy other sandwiches but the lady cancelled our online order after telling us no need to come in. There's no food she kept saying. So yesterday we decided to try again. And there was one employee and many customers (I think 9 was there when we left) She did a great job taking care of each customer. All the meats and veggies looked fresh. And there was plenty of bread and cookies. I don't know what her name was but this lady knew how to run this business. The young girls that stopped us outside saying there ain't no food so no need to enter needs to find another job and not with the public.”

“Online ordering doesn't match credit card charges. Can't be fixed at the Sonic location, called the number and they tried to offer coupons that didn't equal the amount of over charge. Still haven't heard from management or the people that can actually resolve the issue”
