Straight away, you could tell this restaurant has a special connection in the community. We were treated to excellent hospitality, food, and atmosphere. The fish, shrimp, and hamburger were excellent. The fish was seasoned so well and so flaky. The hamburger was so generous and cooked to perfection. I loved that they put mustard on both sides of the bun without being asked, very important to me (every place should do this). The restaurant was very clean, including restrooms. As a plant lady, I loved all the plants thriving in the seating areas. Go ahead and stop to eat here; you will not be sorry.”

You don’t just have one person waiting on you, you have several, whether it is a refill or just to ask if you need anything else.Can’t think of any negative experience my wife and have had since it has came under new management,facelift starting at the front door,rest rooms have all ways look to be clean and cared for.Never really met the cooks but they do a awesome job.There is a tip jar for both server’s and cooks. “I’m a wedding photographer and this venue was a DREAM! Not only is it beautiful on the outside, but it is decorated so well on the inside as well. There is so much natural light in the house, which is so hard to find in historic homes. The owners were there the whole time and were jumping in to help at all times. They made the wedding day even more special! It was such a hot day and they made sure everyone had water during outside photos! They really were the best venue I have ever worked with!”

“We went tonight 11/30/25 at 5:37 pm. We obviously didn’t have high hopes because unfortunately we all know drive throughs in general are hit or miss most of the time. We were greeted at the drive through by Makyla C. & she so so so pleasant. I cannot express enough how friendly, kind, patient, & professional she was. Both my and my husband turned to each other and said “wow she was so nice” pulling away from the speaker. It has been quite a long time since we have encountered someone so full of joy at a drive through. We were sure to let her know how grateful we were to get to experience her light tonight. She was truly a joy & I hope she never loses her passion in whatever she chooses to pursue in the future. 10/10 give that girl a raise, she really raised the bar.”
