“This location is the best! In the middle of bad weather, I raced to this restaurant to pick up my order I called in. This location closes at 9:30. I pulled up to door at 9:29 in the middle of a storm. The worker saw me pull up and came out to my car with an umbrella and walked me to the door. I apologized for coming so late and paid for my order. The worker was so friendly and kind to me the whole time. Walking out of the restaurant, she said “Let me help.” She grabbed the umbrella again and walked me to my car. I know this may not mean much to some, but this is one of the nicest things that happened to me this year! Also, my order was correct and the food was amazing! Thank you sooo much! ♥️”

“This is definitely my new lunch spot anytime I need to come to Jackson. They have some really good hush puppies and the catfish is just perfect. We really like the laid back atmosphere with the cafeteria style tables. It felt like we were at home with the family. The food tastes just like what Grandma makes! I promise. The ladies in the back whipping up culinary perfection seem to really care about what they cook and they are very welcoming and friendly. We will definitely be coming back on our next trip to Jackson.”

“We have been eating at Mazzios for over a year on a regular basis. Server Sarah McWhorter has always gone above and beyond. My granddaughter absolutely loves her. I think she wants to eat at Mazzios to see Sarah as much as she wants pizza. Which is her favorite food.”

“While I will still recommend Kroger and for years I’ve recommended it over all other grocery stores - I had the rudest person at self check out early this Thursday morning - A blonde hair older lady I didn’t catch her name but I had already checked myself out because there wasn’t a checkout open that I didn’t have to check myself out at and saw some flowers in the floral department I had missed - I have always bought my plants from them- however I left my paid for groceries at the front and I accidently bumped the yellow sensor chain trying to get thru over to the floral department (that blocked off the isle where I didn’t have to walk all the way around the store )- she wouldn’t let me go to the floral department and told me I had to go all the way around the store if I wanted to look at flowers… it wasn’t that she wanted me to walk around… it was the body language and rude demeanor - naw!!! thanks tho!!! I spend more buying flowers locally with u guys… for many occasions and almost all my groceries - politeness doesn’t cost a thing - I have never had less than stellar customer service there until today…Thursday August 28 @ 7:15am and it really makes me miss good customer service … I work in customer service and it doesn’t cost anything to be nice and u can upsell when people are trying to look at ur merchandise … and gotten more of my $$$ JS…”
