“This location is the best! In the middle of bad weather, I raced to this restaurant to pick up my order I called in. This location closes at 9:30. I pulled up to door at 9:29 in the middle of a storm. The worker saw me pull up and came out to my car with an umbrella and walked me to the door. I apologized for coming so late and paid for my order. The worker was so friendly and kind to me the whole time. Walking out of the restaurant, she said “Let me help.” She grabbed the umbrella again and walked me to my car. I know this may not mean much to some, but this is one of the nicest things that happened to me this year! Also, my order was correct and the food was amazing! Thank you sooo much! ♥️”

“This is definitely my new lunch spot anytime I need to come to Jackson. They have some really good hush puppies and the catfish is just perfect. We really like the laid back atmosphere with the cafeteria style tables. It felt like we were at home with the family. The food tastes just like what Grandma makes! I promise. The ladies in the back whipping up culinary perfection seem to really care about what they cook and they are very welcoming and friendly. We will definitely be coming back on our next trip to Jackson.”

“We have been eating at Mazzios for over a year on a regular basis. Server Sarah McWhorter has always gone above and beyond. My granddaughter absolutely loves her. I think she wants to eat at Mazzios to see Sarah as much as she wants pizza. Which is her favorite food.”

“We visited this Kroger on our way to a funeral. The flowers we had ordered had been lost in transit and were not going to make it. Whitney, the florist on duty, told us she would help us out. She helped us put together the most beautiful arrangement and put so much thought into every detail, even though it was the end of her shift and NYE. We are not from MS so will probably not ever see her again, but she deserves a raise because she helped us create a beautiful tribute to a beautiful lady. Thank you Whitney!”

“Great service from a young lady delivering food to tables and she would bring you napkins outside on the patio, filled my friend tea, brought us extra salad dressing, and this was between 11:30 and 12:25 and they were really busy at the time. People were almost all the way out the door , but, we weren't in single file. There should of been 2 cashiers. Love to eat here, you can't go wrong.”
