It's 11:00 and they are turning everyone away say they are not opening until 11:30! This is the third time this has happened. I counted 13 people that were turned away. The excuse is they do not have a cashier!!! Driving 40 minutes for this!!!

Everything was great I had

Parking: Do not have to pay for parking.

Kid-friendliness: Acknowledge them and talk to them while taking orders, and to make sure that they are happy to come into the facility.

Customer service in the North park mall is lacking, young ladies slurping something from a spoon face timing and laughing and playing, I saw what appeared to be a manager owner whatever come out she would have at least ask them to stop leaning down on the counter drinking with a straw and then turning around handle customers food and sodas this was crazy
