First time there , didn't like the flour tortillas used. The were soggy & rubbery add impossible to cut. When i was able le to cut jt it had aluminum foil in it. It was served in red plastic basket lined with foil. It was cold. There were no chips...?

As I stood in line, I watched the young lady taking orders. As you know, the order taker starts the order and slides it down the line for the finishing. This young woman is wearing gloves because she handles food. I watched her rub the corner of her mouth, touch her hair and her hat multiple times while preparing the burritos before me. I asked her to please change her gloves. And she replied, " sure, no problem" and continued to make the customers burritos.

Ordered through their phone automated system. It was very easy to order. Went to pick up my order and the moment I walked through the door I was welcomed by the staff and asked how could they help. All the staff members were smiling and the atmosphere was welcoming. (For a minute I thought I was at Chick-Fil-A because of the great vibes)
