Great American Cookies

You guys rock! The cookie ordered came out so much better than expected! Ordered the night before and perfect execution! Thank you!

I called first thing in the morning, as I didn't Know what time they opened. Keira answered the phone and was so delightful. She was such a help including repeating back the name that I wanted on the cookie cake, she knew prices, and reassured me that the cake would be big enough for the number of people I needed it for. She also, on her own, asked if I was taking it to a school and offered to cut the cake prior to icing it. She was such a delight to work with. Thank you Keira!

If I could give a negative star review I would. Every time I come here it’s never pleasant. Today tipped me over the edge. I was craving a cookie so bad but when I walked up to the counter there were 3 employees loudly yelling at each other and not one of them even acknowledged that I was there. I waited to see if they would wrap up their conversation but no. When I got irritated enough with them I walked away obviously irritated, one of them yelled behind me “you’re welcome”...read full review
