ordered online received food that had hair and a bug in it. then called they sent the wrong order. waited awhile before calling for the right order because it was for my daughter's birthday. then asked for a refund because they were taking so long even tho it's 5min away from my house. was told I cursed at the delivery driver which I did not that was a lie when I was calling for my refund then got hung up on.
