Great experience overall !
Fantastic pizza and desserts.
Most of all, great staff!!
Tonight I ordered online and I was three hrs late picking it up.
I called otw to get it to make sure they still had it. They said yes…when I got there 15 min later, they were finishing it up.
They had RE-MADE everything! This was so thoughtful even though it was my fault entirely- the lady said, “don’t worry about it-It’s just better fresh and hot”- And she was right!!...read full review
Ridgeland MS store is poorly run and the Gluckstadt store is not much better. Verry inconsistent, I just don't think they care. They need have their staff train with the West Monroe staff at the Thomas Rd. store!!!
