This is just a basic pizza place that loads you with topping options. If you are looking for little caesars meets pizza shack toppings this is your place, but warning you it might keep you up all night with hearburn due to low quality ingredients. There is better pizza for the price!!!!

We wanted to try this place since it was close to the area we were in. We walked in and stood there for 5 mins. No one spoke to us, greeted us or said anything. The staff in the back glanced at us and put their head back down. Another staff member walked out of the bathroom saw us went in the back and did not say a word. Finally someone walked up to the register and stared at us. We ended up leaving. A woman came in behind us while we were getting in the car and they helped her immediately.I have no food for this review since we were unable to order. I would not recommend this restaurant if you value customer service.

Always plenty of seating and fast service when I visit Johnny’s. Delicious pizza with Parmesan and red pepper flakes on the table.

I think Customer Service died here. I would really like to be specific if I could get a manager who would help. The one they called from the location said, loud enough for me to hear him that he was off today and he would call tomorrow or Thursday when he had time. This was during the third visit to the store to get t correct. Whoever got my muffaletta I hope you enjoyed it. We returned your order to the location twice.

Awesome pizza!! A few months back, we tried Johnny's Pizza House in Monroe, LA, while traveling. We saw there was one close to our house (3 hours away!) and decided to take a road trip. It was as delicious as we remembered and was worth the drive. The staff was super nice and it was very clean. We will be back!

I ordered online so I wouldn't have to wait. You can add and remove pizza toppings easily, and they offer cook options too (regular or well done). Excellent taste. Ridgeland location is kinda small so best to order food to go.Parking: There are multiple businesses onsite so exerise caution when parking upon arrival and as well as when departing.

Good pizza. If they would only answer the phone I could place an order. Called twice and it rang and rang. It's only 8:12pm and it says online they close at 9pm. Good thing I live nearby. I just went and they were there. I ordered. They just didn't feel like answering the phone. I'm the only customer here.

Pretty good pizza. Small dining area but I’m sure most people just pick up and take it to go. It’s really close to the Ridgeland tennis center so it was easy to get some food and get back to the courts. You could walk there if you want. They don’t have a drink machine just a fridge full of bottled drinks. Plenty of selection.

The employees were nice and the restaurant was clean. They did have a couple of tables that needed tightening because they were pretty wobbly. I ordered one of the large specialty pepperoni pizzas and an order of sweet and tangy wings. The pizza was really good, the flavor of the wings were also good, but the texture of baked wings is never really right from a pizza place to me. Overall, I will go back and try some other things from the menu and most definitely order another pizza.

The pizza looked and tasted generic. I was really looking forward to this pizza house. I will just stick with Pizza Shack and Little Caesar. My kids lover it though!

I live in Madison, MS but am from Monroe/West Monroe, La. Home to Johnny’s Pizza. There was a Johnny’s on every corner. I grew up on their pizza/breadsticks. Imagine my excitement that Johnny’s is now in Gluckstadt.I have ordered pizza 3 times now and the service/quality of food has been HORRIBLE each time. It’s nothing but a bunch of kids working there. It’s obvious their only interest is getting a paycheck to pay for gas or whatever teenagers these days spend money on. There is no regard for the customers and it shows.I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this particular Johnny’s in Gluckstadt. The service/food doesn’t do the Johnny’s Pizza Chain any justice. It really saddens me to see such a wonderful part of my hometown represented in this way ?

I have visited this Pizza ? place twice and it is Awesome! Thanks to Jordan and Corey at Capital Ortho physical therapy on Hwy 51 Madison. They are the best of the best when it comes to Therapy. They recommended Johnny's Pizza House to me. I am hooked like a fish ? ?

There is another review on here that says they wished the quality was still the same as when it first opened. That review is spot on! At least we aren't the only ones who have noticed. This place has really gone downhill with their quality. It's a sad imitation of the original Johnny's Pizza Houses from Louisiana. Here is a small example shown in the pics, but we have plenty more examples. We always order extra sauce. It's clearly shown on the ticket. Maybe they just dont hire people who can read tickets..? Not only do they not do they not give extra sauce, ever, there is barely any sauce on it at all (i removed the topings to show how sad and dry it is). It's like they think "extra sauce" means "light sauce" or something. It is beyond ridiculous how much they skimp on ingredients...not just sauce. It's like this every single time, too. We literally get Johnny's 2-3x per week We are loyal, so we tolerated this for a few months, but have had enough. Do not waste your money at the knockoffs of the real Johnny's! Pizza Shack, Soulshine or even Dominos would give better quality.
