My husband and I come here often for the laid back ambience and delicious food. Recently we were waited on by Sarah and she is the best server in the whole building. We will definitely be asking for her when we return:)
I was in Jackson for a quick trip and visited pelican cove on a Saturday night. The place is very large with indoor and outdoor seating. We sat outdoor, right on the water, and listened to a live rock band who were awesome! I ordered the shrimp wrap and it was delicious!
Live music out there on the regular. Just have to pick the day wisely. One server on the floor, she was working hard but still only one person for some many tables on the porch. Food was mid...not going to blow you away.
