This location has impeccable service
The salad was amazing. So fresh it took me 2 1/2 days to finish it was so packed. The customer service from the lady at the register was not all that great but I'll give it another shot !! I usually order and others pick up so this was my very first time going there myself , so I made the mistake of ordering at the Jackson location so she seemed a little annoyed by me . Other than that as I mentioned the salad was DELICIOUS.
Room Service Renaissance offers fresh and delicious food, with vegetarian options such as the Vegamite salad or Sammie recommended. The portion sizes are generous, and customer service is typically efficient and hard-working. However, there is room for improvement in terms of patience and friendliness towards new customers. The restaurant is popular and can get busy, but the food quality remains high.
