We eat here every Thursday the food is on point the Margarita is scrumptious and the service is perfect love my Thursday dinner here

I have been coming here for at least two years. But today, the service is horrible. The waitress and waiter attitude sucks. I celebrated my daughter birthday. We spent almost $500.00. I even talked to another person about their worker’s attitude. She acted like she didn’t care. I want be coming back here.

Had a $7.50 chicken burrito supreme for lunch that was huge and tasty.

So this was one of my favorite spots. I always get the Fajita Nachos, today they put my food, on a smaller plate than normal..
It's never on the small plate, the plate was the size portion for a kid.. I tried to make a complaint for the manager and was told he was on a break. They need to do better!!! This is not like them at all!!!

The restaurant itself is well maintained and very clean-however, the waitress at the bar is extremely rude and acts as if she can’t be bothered with you. I inquired about a special that was posted outside the restaurant and she merely shrugged her shoulders. Despite that, I ordered a margarita and she completely disregarded what I had asked for. Won’t be back.

I love this restaurant…they have the BEST fried green tomatoes than ANY place in the Metro Jackson area. My food is always fresh and hot. Depending on the server, you may have to ensure your order is completely understood- that’s the one drawback. Their food is consistently good…my husband orders the ribeye, and he has no complaints. You can’t beat the cost either even though the prices have increased some due to the way the economy is. Like I said, I love this Sante Fe in Ridgeland, MS.

I ordered FAJITA Chimichanga, had a choice of chicken or steak. I said beef, they brought out a hamburger meat one with no veggies. I sent it back and they sent out another one with veggies but hamburger meat. I pointed out that I ordered the Fajita meat, beef. The waitress got the manager. I pointed out that I told her Fajita that is not the hamburger meat. At this point every one else had finished so I had mine in a to go box. Guess I will eat it tomorrow. Hard to explain Fajita beef and hamburger beef is different.

Every time I go and this use to be my favorite spot, now they have nasty attitudes and business has slowed down and I understand why. They are overcharging as well. Charged me $4.00 additional dollars for a kids meal all of a sudden kids meal doesn’t come with a drink bullshit.

The service is terrible now I do not recommend this restaurant. The waiter gave me bone in wings when I clearly said boneless he even repeated my order back to me. He had an attitude when I told him that I asked for boneless. My mother was given a kids size burger she was charged for a regular burger. It was 25 almost 30 minutes have goin by the waiter never brought my food out my mother paid for her food we agreed that we’re never coming back nor are we telling people to come here you treat your customers with respect I never said anything out the way to him. I wasn’t being disrespectful to him
