I was there 6/27/21 to wait 30 MINUTES for my food just for one employee to come out and tell us our food had been sitting out and that they were remaking it. When I asked how much longer it would be she told me she didnt know and handed me melted shakes. I gave them back and waited about another 10 MINUTES for JEREMY to come out and give us our food...he stated that I was going to get a refund but he couldnt do it at the moment but he would when they "slowed" down.
