I’m so tired of coming to this store around 6:00am and finding the doors locked and the drive thru wrapped around the building. I ALWAYS come inside and I never use drive throughs.
If you can’t find employees who can show up for work, then perhaps you need better management! I don’t have 20-30+minutes to wait in a drive through while people in front of me get all of their specialty drinks.
IF YOU CAN’T TAKE CARE OF YOUR CLIENTS, THEN JUST CLOSE THIS LOCATION!!
This Ridgeland, MS location has gone to hell in the past few months. I understand businesses being short handed but when you stand there for 10 mins waiting on a mobile order, and NO ONE is making orders you have a problem. Then it took another 15 mins to get my order. It literally took me 30 mins to get a mobile order that consisted of 2 drinks and 3 pastries. There was no manager that I could see, or either they weren’t acting like one. One guy almost exposed himself to me...read full review
