“I was surprised. In Mississippi, I had to wait 20 minutes at a fast food restaurant, or even at a Starbucks drive-thru, so I wondered if it was normal for food to be served slowly. For the first time at this Wendy's, I was able to properly drive through the food without having to wait from checkout to pick up. Ordering went smoothly with no errors at all. This is my first experience in Mississippi. This is a response I would like all stores to follow. Thank you for the great experience.“

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy parking and very accessible for people using wheelchairs. Staff makes you feel comfortable and service is top notch. Which it should be. They go beyond their duties to make sure your visit is 110% to your satisfaction.“
“This may be one of the most well-run fast food places I’ve ever been to. Always courteous and professional staff and I never feel like I’m a burden for ordering food. Specific thanks to the folks there super early in the morning. It’s Wednesday and when I just went to pick my order up, I met two folks who seemed to be taking great pride in their work.
