My friend and I had dinner there. The service, the food and the ambiance were exceptional. The only thing better was my dinner date. We enjoyed ourselves immensely. We loved our waitress, Jen! Very helpful with menu selection. My dinner companion watched me as I ate my appetizer of scallops. He commented that I really must have enjoyed them, because I smiled so much while eating. Definitely would recommend this steakhouse to friends and family.

The food was good and the service was good, but we was overcharged on an item on our bill, but we didn’t recognize it as we left the facility.

Snapper was overcooked. The rest of the meal and service was good.

The food was incredible and Joy our waitress was so awesome. The portions were large and she just made everything super special.

We decided to go there because it was our Anniversary and we wanted steak.. first thing they ask us was “ do you have a reservation?”.. no we didn’t so she took our names and I’m thinking there’s gonna be a wait time.. no,,seated right away there’s like two other couples in the whole place !! Reservations for what?? Get seated and look at the menu, cheapest thing on it for a steak was $68.00 (not including the sides)!! Appetizer= one crab cake $28.00!! We were shocked at the prices, not that we couldn’t afford it but it’s the principle.. I highly suggest looking at the prices before you go..needless to say we left… reservations ???

My husband and I booked us a stay at the Hollywood Casino for a weekend getaway and I reserved us a table at the Fairbanks Steakhouse. I didn't know it was all you can eat crab legs until after I confirmed the reservation, which made me even more excited as we were seafood lovers. The hostess greeted us warmly and we were seated right away. The waitress was very kind and welcoming as she serviced us. The food was cooked to perfection and the lemonade I had was absolutely thirst quenching. The potatoes that came with the crab legs were so moist and good! We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and for sure will be coming back again.

Absolutely Awesome!! The food was Great! The Server and The cooks were very friendly and Professional. We all ate different means and Everything Was Delicious. I can’t wait to return To Hollywood Casino to eat there again.
