“The perfect example of how clean a fast food restaurant can be. Our sandwiches were perfectly made, and the staff was happy and friendly. I stop at this location every time I show houses in this area, and I've never been disappointed. Big fan!“

“Wife and I ordered the chicken salad sandwich and just chicken salad we also ordered the grape salad. The grape salad picture I've see on here didn't match my order. Sad it didn't but it was good. The croissant was a good choice as bread. I forgot to give a picture of our order but I have a receipt. I can share that but maybe not. I didn't know of this place. I don't eat at many food places. I'll eat there again. Gates wants to create fake chicken meat. I Will not eat that kind of meat. They use real chicken they said. Don't eat McDonald's or Wendy or taco bell no sonic or Jack's, burger king no good either. I feel eating here is healthier than those places. Maybe one day I can sit here and share a meal together with anyone willing to eat here. Do you worry about human DNA in your food too???“

Parking: Parking to be tough that time seeing that there are the business is attached to this location on east main st.“

“I don't get to eat here a whole lot because it's a little pricey for me. But when I do man oh man it is so good. I always get the chicken club on a crossiant. I just ate here last week and my gosh it was a 10 out of 10. I can't eat much because I had biriatric surgery. But I took what I couldn't eat home and I ate a few bites at a time until every bite was gone. Do yourself a favor and get the chicken club on the crossiant bread. Only thing I would do different is next time I will add extra bacon. I just love bacon though. Their baked potatoes are phenominal as well. Now when it comes to soups I would say sweet peppers has better soup but everything else on the menu is great.“

“As I entered the restaurant, there was one customer ordering. One employee was assisting the customer, and the other employee was wiping down and cleaning behind the counter. Both of the employees were very friendly and really seemed to be enjoying their job. The service was excellent. As I was deciding what to order another customer came in. I allowed her to go ahead of me. The employee was fixing her sandwich and asking me what I wanted on mine all at the same time. She was very proficient and had no problem remembering what I wanted on my sandwich as I told her while she was preparing the other sandwich. I ordered the ultimate BMT, and it was prepared wonderfully and tasted great. They were quick, friendly, efficient, and conscious of their work space being clean. These are traits that I often do not see even in what are considered to be nice restaurants. Job well done ?. They both deserve a raise in my book. The restaurant was clean, from the drink station throughout the entire dining area. I will definitely be back here!“

“I apologize for only leaving 5 stars with no written review; at the time, I was in a hurry. We live 45 minutes from Tupelo, and my wife had a craving for Firehouse, but didn't feel like getting out. I made a quick trip to the West Main location and ordered 3 Brisket subs, a Steak and Cheese sub, and a cold cut turkey sub.
I hurriedly made the 45 minute trip back home and unpacked our food. Mind you, they weren't as hot as they would've been had we dined in, but after a 45 minute ride, they were still very warm, and extremely delicious. Firehouse hit the spot on target! The bread was fresh and not at all soggy from the ride home. Firehouse will remain one of our all-time favorite dine out places,
In particular the West Main St. franchise. We have never had a single complaint with the quality of food or service here. You guys rock!“

“We popped in to the Mall at Barnes Crossing to grab lunch and do some quick shopping. The service at Charley's was swift even though there were lots of patrons. The food was filling and very good. I got a small chicken philly with regular fries and my friend got a small club philly with loaded fries. We were both very pleased. The season salt, jalapeño lime salt, and malt vinegar at the end of the line had a huge impact on the flavor, and we were glad we used them. Overall very happy with our meals! The price was great. Will definitely choose this place again! Drinks are an additional cost on top of the meal deals, but we still spent less than $10 per person per meal with drinks included.“

“I love Jimmy Johns way too much. Sandwiches to suit me are very plain and they fix it just like I like. Recently I've been getting the pickle instead of chips. They will give it to you whole, halved, or quartered. It's a good crunchy pickle. It's a perfect side for a fantastic sandwich!“
