“Downunder is a favorite of mine. Their usual dinner menu and drinks are great. However, I watch their social media for their weekend specials. They are phenomenal. This past Valentine’s Day made me write this review. They had a special menu. Choice of salad. The entree was either a Gorgonzola crusted filet with mushroom sauce with mashed potatoes and Brussels or a seafood linguini scampi. 🦞 🦪 🦐 🍝 My husband and I got each entree. I got the scampi. I can’t explain how delicious it was. I suppose it’s just a really good chef in north Mississippi with fresh seafood incorporating seafood broth properly into a sauce. But. We are so inland it is hard to find. And the pasta was perfectly cooked. Of course the steak 🥩 was cooked perfectly medium rare for my husband. We both got the tiramisu for dessert. 🧑🏼‍🍳😘 All this to say. Many people come to downunder for a late night bar experience. But the food is above and beyond. Especially the specials. And the bartenders can make many a cocktail beyond the standard menu. 🥃 If you have not tried out downunder yet, I highly recommend!!”

“I had a craving for something sweet decided to check them out. First thing that lured me on was the fact they stay open until 6pm. All the other bakeries were closed. Second, when we arrived it smelled really good and they lots of different treats and sweets to try. We ended up getting a slice of the vanilla cake with vanilla icing, 2 pieces of the strawberry poke cake with cream cheese icing and topped with real strawberries. A piece of the coconut poke cake, and a small loaf of the banana nut bread. Everything was around 21 dollars tax and all. And everything tasted amazing. I really wish I was earlier enough to try the chicken salad before it sold out.”

“Eat breakfast with my wife and friends at huddle house on Eason Tupelo, Ms at least five days a week. They make you feel welcome as soon as you enter. The waitresses especially Ke, Ashley, Melvin do a great job of making sure you are seen after. The cooks especially Jon are great.”

I'm giving each ice cream and the homemade waffle cone a score... waffle cone was not to sweet which I prefer it was soft and very tasty I gave it a 8.5 I didn't eat it all 😆. I had the banana split ice cream I give a 10/10 it was the best I've ever had. I also had the mint chocolate chip I'm also giving a 10/10 and last but not least I had the peanut butter Oreo it was a 7/10 I really wanted to try the peanut butter fudge but they didn't have it and I really wanted a banana split but they didn't have any bananas so all in all I have to take my son there so he could try it out”

“Truck had to go to shop and needed a place to eat and saw a sign that said “King Chicken Fillin Station” and being a chicken lover cooked anyway I decided to give them a try after all who can mess up chicken? I got 1/4 Chicken dinner with 2 sides baked beans & macaroni and cheese…however, the whole menu has some good stuff on it…not knowing how the food was gonna taste but I talked and joke with the young lady who served me ( the whole staff sweet and respectful) about wanting to try something else but I wasn’t gonna do that until I tried my 1st meal…I jokingly said if she see me back the food was good if she didn’t well no love lost…it’s safe to say since my truck been in the shop she been seeing me every day…I been eating there every day sampling everything on the menu…The food is TRULY FRESH & GOOD….God Bless & keep up the great work”

“Great food, best service, and great atmosphere. We were seated after a small wait. The tables are well spaced so that you have plenty of room. The menu has a great variety of foods. The spinach artichoke dip was delicious and served with warm crispy chips. The blackened catfish with grits was so delicious. The fish was a flavor bomb and just melted in my mouth. The grits were smooth and creamy with just a hint of jalapeno..not overly spicy. The prime rib sandwich is one of the best. The meat is plentiful, soft, and juicy. The auju sauce was a perfect juicy dip for the fresh bread. The pasta was creamy, cheesy, and yummy. Our service was great! We will definitely visit again!”

Good enough to make Me want to move to Tupelo Fit for a King sandwiches were delicious they let me order 1/2 of one and 1/2 of another. I tried the peanut butter honey and banana and the grilled ham and pineapple. Both delicious. Can’t wait to visit again”
