“One of my two favorite restaurants in this area. My family and I have been eating there for over 30 years for excellent catfish, self-serve buffet-style salad bar, burgers, and soft serve ice cream. A very family friendly, casual restaurant with good staff and service, plenty of seating, plenty of parking and very accommodating for individuals, couples and small family groups including children (infant seats are available). A local favorite with a walk-up, outdoor service window and an indoor counter for service window where you place orders for indoor seating, pick up your drinks, and pay the cashier before seating yourself (at mostly 4-top tables which can be placed together for small groups). Once your order has been prepared, you will hear a call to come pick up your meal at that same counter. Servers come around to your table to refresh your tea or water and refills of other drinks are available at the counter. I have not found a better, small-town diner in the country with a more satisfying atmosphere than Pickle's Drive-In. I recommend it to you very highly.“

“I've been coming here since around 1993, over 30 years. And for me, the steak has never changed and is tasty!!!! And they always give you more food than you think they will. I could barely walk out last time I ordered the 14oz sirloin but it was worth it!“

“I visited this restaurant while in Amory after the devastating tornado went through. Talking with the owner, I found out they were short staffed as several people had to deal with storm damage. The owner himself (who cooked the food) lost his house to the storm.Our group of 17 had great service, and the food was very good. The catfish was offered as a filet or whole fish, and both were well seasoned and cooked to perfection. The marinated ribeye was thin but delicious, and those in our group with burgers said they were cooked and seasoned perfectly. The staff was very friendly and the service was timely.While the restaurant was unassuming, the atmosphere and customers were welcoming. Several people said this was their goto catfish place. Most said they came here regularly for the friendly and fast service.I would definitely eat here again if I make it back to Amory!Kid-friendliness: The young ladies in our group enjoyed the chicken strips and burgers.“
