Only on Sundays can you get food other than pastries. But, if awesome, delicious, flavorful pastries are what you want, then Angela's is the spot. The key lime cheesecake was great. The banana pudding was wonderful, but a few too many wafers and no whipped cream. They may have had some, I never asked. Overall, the pastries are on point. Service was splendid, and the facility was sterile and very friendly. If anyone wants a high-end expresso machine, they have one for sale. I'm just saying. I will return on my next visit to Mississippi.

Food so good and friendly service

Woke up with excruciating back pains and couldn’t cook my Sunday meal as usual, but I was blessed to discover a hidden gem in Southaven that lifted my spirits! I’m not big on eating out because I don’t like canned foods, but this place was a breath of fresh air! As I walked in, I was greeted with the uplifting sounds of gospel music, which was a wonderful surprise! While waiting in line, I was treated with a warm smile and an apology for the wait, which wasn’t even long! As I stood there, waiting to be served, I was inspired by the scriptures on the wall, which reminded me of the power of faith! Before even tasting the food, I could tell it was made with love and care! The food was absolutely delicious and the service was exceptional! I have found the perfect place for my soul food fix when I need a little pick-me-up! Thank you Angela’s Delight for a truly uplifting experience! I will be back!

Had the catfish on Thursday, it was Delicious. Will be going back.

Stopped by for the Thursday $10 Catfish special. Everything was cooked fresh and worth way more than ten bucks. Real catfish, homemade slaw and hush puppies. Definitely the best lunch deal around the Southaven area.

This was my first time placing an order from this establishment and it was for Thanksgiving. placed an order for a 1/3 pan of dressing and a fried turkey breast. After seeing all the good reviews I was so excited for the food to be presented on TG. We were advised that pickup time was between 11am-5pm the day before TG. My husband and I arrived at the location at 12:30pm and was greeted with a sign on the door stating pick up time has been delayed until 2pm. Had no issues as I know how crazy the holidays can be. We came back around 2:30pm and she stated the order still was not ready and to give her an hour or so. We left and again, I did not have an issue. My husband came back around 4:30pm and was only given the turkey breast. When asked where was the dressing, the lady went in the back to check and realized that she gave my dressing away! I was so upset as it was the day before TG and it was too late for me to try to get the ingredients to make my own and prepare for guests to arrive. It was the way the situation was handled that made me give the 3 stars. The constant changes of the pickup times and the lack of empathy given when she realized that she gave away the dressing is what took me overboard. No refund was offered once she realized her mistake. My husband had to request for a refund and she begrudgingly gave back the $30.00. I was so disappointed not only in the missing dressing but because I was so excited to have a small business to support only to receive subpar service. I would give the fried turkey breast 7/10 though.

Came close to closing and the owner was so helpful getting our meals prepared. Restaurant was clean and the staff was courteous and helpful. We had the fish and oxtail plates. Both were so delicious. The Pinto beans and Mac and cheese were great side items. We finished with shortcake and banana pudding which we ate on the car ride home. We will be repeat customers.

Angie's is a Southaven Gem!😋 Everything is great. Food, service, variety of menu is on point. Angie's is a must if your in the area.

My husband and I Love Angela’s Delights, we have been several times, have had the meatloaf ( yummy), fried fish ( fresh, hot, delicious), the sides are perfection, whether it’s greens or coleslaw. Desserts best banana pudding!!, Love the strawberry cake!! Please try the white chocolate turtles ( So very Delectable)!! OK, making my self hungry and Angela’s is closed!! 😆!! Please give her a try you will return and be Delighted!! YUMMY 😋

So I saw this spot on FB and decided to check them out yesterday. Well, it was not the soul food day, first of all lol! But what I got fed 4 adults hands down with leftovers. Loaded potatoes with steak and one with chicken. They both were seasoned very well and the potatoes were cooked evenly! YES!!!!! I ordered red velvet cake for my husband and lemonade for me baby! Well hub and son have everything a thumbs up so did my DIL. I'll will catch them on a Sunday for sure. Great customer service!
