Like sometimes theThey cook better or I don't know what's wrong with them, I've been there on other occasions and the pizza was well baked and this time I think it was not well cooked in some parts or well maybe it was just my perception anyway for a quick lunch it's fine

Horrible experience. There was this manager named dirk and he was just so rude. Seems like he had an attitude problem and that’s very unprofessional for a manager. I think he should be demoted. He looks too young anyway.

Soo! Tables were dirty chairs and kids chairs also. They had only one person cleaning tables and she couldn't keep up. People were trying to get her attention to clean and she ignored them. Food was ok Ive had way better. The arcade was good.

You've probably all heard a promotion that says "At participating locations only". I'd never actually found a location that didn't participate in those promos, and always figured it was a legal disclaimer.I'm here to tell you that those non-participating locations do in fact exist. This is the location they're talking about.

They will not accept company coupons and they no longer make personal pizzas if you do not like what's on the buffet or if you can't seem to get what you like because it is grabbed as fast as it is put out like they have in the past and the price is HIGH for pizza $11 plus for one
Used to be a good place to eat. But between doubling their prices, not doing personal pizzas anymore, and not taken corporate coupons or deals it is not worth eating at. I won’t be eating here again.

We went for my nephew's birthday celebration, and the pizza buffet selection was scarce. I caught myself grabbing old slices and pizza that I didn't necessarily want because there wasn't much on the line. My favorite pizza there is their original bbq pizza. I asked the girl working if they still did special requests and made you what you wanted. She said they do, but they sit it on the buffet instead of giving it straight to you. So that's insanely lame right off the bat. If the buffet line is scarce, once they set that bbq pizza out, it's gonna go faaast! I watched a taco pizza get wiped out in less than 3 minutes. Took way too long for the bbq pizza to come out, and they weren't slammed. Once it came out, everyone flocked to it....luckily I got to it on time, only to notice they added hamburger beef to it....which is odd bc I did not ask for that, nor does it go on the original bbq pizza.I had a great time with my family, because I love good fellowship....but the food and service were lackingThe chicken noodle soup was the worst it's ever been....made me sad
