What can I say, it’s a Cicis in Memphis. Not the cleanest not the freshest. Eh
Just wish the one in my hometown was as good as this one
It's Cici's. Not the best, but it's all you can eat, with a variety of toppings. You refill your own drinks. It's a mad house with kids begging for quarters at the arcade. But that's really part of the experience.
