Went through the drive-thru this morning and ordered a breakfast empanada it was warm on the outside and freezing cold on the inside so I went inside to get a new one made and it was still cold on the inside so I just requested a refund but was told there was no manager on duty to do the refund, went back a few hours later and spoke to another young lady about a refund and there was still no manager there. She said the manager is never there honestly. I paid $8 for 2 breakfast empanadas I didn’t eat because they were cold and couldn’t get my money back. What kind of establishment doesn’t have managers on duty for situations like that ?

Food and coffee was fresh and tasty. Service was friendly service was quick had a couple of cars in front of us but everything was excellent. We were on our way from our daughter’s house to the other side of town Tennessee. Workers made our morning very nice I will definitely go again when I’m in the areaWheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking and entrance
I don't recommend nobody eat there. Employees are mistreated and cups are all over the floor. They still use them to serve customers. Food still out on all night and day that they still used. I worked 18 hrs and was only paid for 8. Can't contact nobody hire to get paid for my hours. Area Manager doesn't respond.

Went this morning for the first time. After I use my $15 card I will never go back again. I can only assume the girl at the drive-thru window was deaf and mute seeing as though I got no response to saying good morning or thank you. Then she let my bag go before I had it in my hand, didn't care that my food fell, then just closed the window and looked away. I got the ham and cheese croissant and it was burnt and tough. My pumpkin spice latte was on point so I guess it wasn't a total loss.
