Went this morning for the first time. After I use my $15 card I will never go back again. I can only assume the girl at the drive-thru window was deaf and mute seeing as though I got no response to saying good morning or thank you. Then she let my bag go before I had it in my hand, didn't care that my food fell, then just closed the window and looked away. I got the ham and cheese croissant and it was burnt and tough. This location is very easy to get & out of,the employees that work the drive thru are very patient & kind,I visit several Dunkin Donuts & this location along with the Olive Branch location are the best DD locations

We were on our way from our daughter’s house to the other side of town Tennessee.
