Just ordered lunch there with 5 co-worker (1 picked up all of our foods), and the food was horrible. All 5 of us order different hibachi lunches and all agreed that the veggies (broccoli & "sweet" carrots) very uncooked. The chicken was dry and steak was not even steak. We called back and talked to the young man who took our order. He was very rude and didn't care about our food. He literally told us to leave work and bring the food back up there if we want a refund and hung up. He was very unprofessional and disappointing.

The food wasn't seasoned at all. I've never had hibachi chicken be so bland. The Udon noodles lacked any flavor and looked any worse. Not only was the food bad but the customer service was definitely lacking. Won't be back.

The food was fresh and the vegetables great. I wish that they add more vegetables like celery, bean sprouts, or peas. That would be great. Overall, the rice was fresh and good. I hate old precooked rice but this restaurant always came through on fresh rice. Oh, the steak is Amazing!

Good food, poor service. I call every once in awhile since last summer and not once has anyone picked up the phone but whenever I'm in the store to order the phone rings and the guy taking the order always answers? You are literally the only place for fried rice that doesn't answer the phone.

Food used to be good, but my last few orders have been disappointing. Ordered a couple of rolls and I could not tell the difference between them. Pretty bland. Never had good nigiri from them. Hibachi is ok.

The fried rice was not good, bland with no flavor, and very oily. The onions were undercooked, the broccoli and carrots was overcooked. The fried sushi was over battered. Was not good and I will not be going back.
