I placed an online order March 23, 2024 and when I got there they were completely out of everything. Instead of CALLING me to let me know or at least placing my order to the side no one called me and I showed up for nothing. I was late to work trying to stay to get a refund. No apology no good customer service or nothing. Replace the entire staff please.

Whomever was working on the 5th on January at around noon, was absolutely not having a good day I guess. She was very rude to us. She barely spoke a single word I would have to ask her questions 3 times. She would just stare out the window and say nothing like we literally werent there. She threw our doughnuts all together in the same bag and all the icing came off. Yall need a manager in there when she's there because it was aweful.

I dont know what kinda store this is . So rude staff and i been there 4 times and everytime they said we dont have coffee and we dont have cream . What kind of cofffee shop it is ?? No cream ? Like serioulsy . No service at all. Not sure how this store is running .

This store should close completely. I am new to Memphis and have been to this outlet about 5 times. Every time they run out of coffee, cream, no milk.....it sucks.No apology from employees working there. I am not a big fan of Starbucks but I had to go as this place lacks products and on top...the unacceptable service provided by the staff.Not sure if the owners or the management of this store read the feedback or reviews?

Personnel absolument exécrable, ils ignorent complètement les clients, ont un casque de musique sur les oreilles, font une tête de six pieds de long quand on leur demande quoi que ce soit et mâchent leurs chewing-gums comme des bovins. On a fait une vingtaine de kilomètres pour ces donuts, je peux vous dire que ça nous a gâché l’expérience !

Today December 27 2023 5.15pm the lady that is at the register needs to be fired now! Was very disrespectful with all the customers (not only me) and was very rude no customer deserves that. If she hates her job she needs to find a different place.

Went for National Doughnut Day to get the free dozen. One location posted hand-written signs saying "temporarily closed". Another location claimed they had already given out what they had... plus had given out the remainder of their 500 in gift certificates. All this in a matter of less than 2 hrs.(?) ??
