You can’t reach anyone on the phone. The teenage employees pick up the phone playing,hanging up in my face. I’m just trying to get a refund on an order o placed at the wrong restaurant using the app. Smh
We asked for McRib with no onions. This is what we got…. A McRib with no top bun. Totally unacceptable.
I had things left out of my order. once told I didn't recieve it they tried to make my delivery driver pay for the replacement. my burgers had no cheese or anything on them. my fries were cold and stale. the workers were rude and told me "Get my refund from doordash". Yall are very unprofessional and should make people's order correctly and give them what they paid for. I shouldn't have to get a refund if yall do your job and on top of that I work 12 hours and can't leave my job...read full review
