This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to and I am 45 yrs old. Besides the first time we came the quarter pounder was raw. We had to drive back they forgot our nuggets. Bad service as well. Just horrible rude as heck. Mad cause we came back to get our food they forgot. My husband didn't wanna go back but I wanted nuggets. Tonight their pick up wasn't working. My guess is the manager unplugged the modem so the online wouldn't come through. So we decided go to drive thru. The girl at drive thru was very nice. It's not her fault. But her manager the big woman needs to be fired. We got to window to pay and wanted add a buger we forgot she said no my manager said there's to many people in drive thru. We said ok we don't want the order thank you. First it takes a second to adjust an order and add a burger I know. Second you just caused your store money and a customer. Came to Southaven goodman rd. Store. Guess what there online was working. And we had no mean attitude problems with the manager at this one.

Worst place ever, they have the manager working there , and he’s not even watching or anything.3/23/2024 lady that hand me the food seem like wasn’t trained right . Really rude . Handed the people out food cross contamination specially with Covid going around . I don’t recommend that place at all.?

Went through the drive-through, and it took so long that I was able to celebrate two birthdays while waiting in line. There is never a thank you or come back again. I hardly ever go here. The last time I went here was maybe 5 years ago, and the service and atmosphere were disastrous inside. Don't know how the service is inside now, but judging by the drive-through, I can probably guess the inside hasn't gotten any better.

Attitudes,seen manager walking parking while trash is in the parking lot blowing around.made me pull forward to wait on hashbrowns,no big deal until the assistant manager came out with the food and she didn't look at me say nothing have a nice day anything.i felt very uncomfortable and on edge from my experience and I will not go back to any McDonald's just by getting the same results.(Racism) I'm bald head and 50yrs old.i will not tolerate that type of toxic environment upon.feb 19th 10:15am.im apologize for using this term,but I call it like I see it. Super & I mean super SLOW service and it wasn’t busy at all. Bathrooms were nasty. You could smell sewage at the entrance. Cleaning supplies left out in the dining area. No toilet paper, no soap, it was just stanky.
