I’ve been to plenty of spots here in Southaven, but Mexico Grill keeps me coming back again and again. The food is always seasoned to perfection, every bite is full of flavor, fresh, and clearly made with care.
The drinks are just as amazing! Their margaritas are refreshing and perfectly balanced, and they’ve got plenty of options whether you’re in the mood for a cocktail or something non-alcoholic.
The staff is another reason I love this place. They’re always so friendly, attentive, and welcoming, you really feel taken care of every time you eat here.
After coming here multiple times, I can honestly say Mexico Grill is one of the best restaurants in Southaven. If you want authentic, flavorful food, great drinks, and top-notch service, this is the spot! 🌮🍹🇲🇽

Food is great and service is responsive. Atmosphere is simple, but a great place I'll be visiting again for sure!
Instead of the chicken, cheese, and rice on the menu, I asked for Jalisco cheese and rice. It was delicious!! The portion was huge, and I took half of it home. I'll be coming back!

The only thing good about this place was the service. Cheese dip was gross, small margarita is $8 and was mostly syrup. Fajita rice was a huge portion, but wasn't worth eating or taking home.
