I would not recommend this place at all food is good . But they have team members as well as managers that don’t know what stealing means and the manager upholds the wrongdoing . If you have ever went here and used a gift card and went back again thinking you’re about to use the remaining balance on the gift card and your balance is 0.00. If you use gift cards or credit cards make sure you’re keeping up with the balance & your receipts! A waitress named Skylar took the remaining balance off of my grandmothers gift card after already receiving a cash tip. Her manager Josh Carter said it’s not stealing, so no telling how much they do it and get away with it.
I haven’t been to outback for years, un recently when i went to this one. I have been twice lately and it has been very good, they are great both the food and staff.
