Ordered a cheese pizza, bread sticks, and a 2 liter. Took 70 mins to be delivered. We received a pepperoni pizza, bread sticks with no seasoning, no 2 liter. Called...will be another 70 minutes to send correct order. Were told that we would not be bumped to the front of the line because they made a mistake. Had to get a refund. Ridiculous. Mistakes I can handle. Not willing to correct mistakes in a timely manner is horrible customer service.
Ordered pizza tonight off of the app. Order went through at 7:35 pm. It’s 11:20 PMand still no pizza. I’ve made 4 phone calls and can’t even get them to credit my account back and they keep saying my pizza will be sent out with the next delivery driver. But they said that 30 min ago and an hour ago too...they’ve lost me as a customer. This is inexcusable. If they can’t make a delivery in a reasonable amount of time they should call the customer back and let them know....read full review
