Ordered 2 pizzas for pickup on 2-28-25. Order stated that it would be ready in 15 min. Why was the pizza already cold when picked up?? This pizza was absolutely disgusting. We ordered pan pizzas. The crust was paper thin and not cooked thoroughly. The crust also tasted old. We will not be returning!

I ordered pizza at 3 pm for a 6 pm delivery. Never got order. Store hung up on me several times when I called. It was Christmas Eve but figured I gave them enough notice. By the way second year in a row this store has ruined our family tradition of pizza and “Home Alone”. Never will order from here again

My stepdaughter was in the hospital and ordered online from this location. She did it as delivery. It even charged her a delivery tip. When it was ready it showed as carryout. She called and they said If she wanted it changed it would charge her twice. So we picked it up for her. When we picked up this almost 30 dollar pizza we asked for parmesan cheese and rep pepper flakes. It's an extra charge for that. This location was a joke.
This is the worst place ever. I ordered food for delivery at 530pm which it never got delivered and the tracker said it was completed. I go there and there is a long line of door dashers and Uber eats who was also having problems with them. They canceled their pickup orders. I asked them about mine and asked them to cancel it and get a refund. They told me they can’t do it and I have to call the online call center and they can do it because I did ordered online. The call center said they can’t do it only the store can. This place has the worst management and customer service I have ever experienced. Now I know why so many franchises are being closed down. I will never order from Pizza Hut again

For the 3rd time recently, our food took at least an hour and a half AFTER THE APP SAID IT WAS DONE to get the food, which was obviously sitting out getting cold while the manager sat there lying to our face saying it was in the oven (for 45+minutes? REALLY?)

Ridiculous! I called a couple weeks ago lady answered phone they were out of cheese. Just called and received customer service, lady advised “they only have tavern style”, I responded “that’s fine, also add boneless wings, “ She then informs me they are out of wings. I wonder what Pizza Hut thinks of this? Are they aware? What a way to serve a community until 1 am on a Friday night and out of absolutely everything!!
