Ordered through the website and they sent my order by doordash. Pizza was ice cold like he ran the A/C on it and the guy just left it by the door without knocking or letting me know. Only reason I knew was because I got a message saying he was having trouble finding me and they started a 5 minute counter. When I called, he didn't answer. When I texted, he said he left it by the door ?♀️Drink was missing, but luckily, they refunded.Prepaid a 26% tip plus a 5$ delivery fee for this kind of service. If i wanted to use doordash, i would've ordered on doordash. They won't get me again.

Most of the time, when I come here, there is a line of umpteen people long to pick up their orders, and a few DD, UE drivers that are waiting way too long to pick up. It's a crawl to the register. The atmosphere is ripe with impatience almost to and past the point of frustration.The PHut team does their best to provide service, but the overall management of goods back to front needs an upgrade.

The delivery was fast. The pizza was hot and fresh. This is my go to Pizza Hut location. Above and beyond service. The store is clean and free of trash and clutter. They actually greet you when you come in the door. Please keep this up Pizza Hut staff!!! We appreciate the great customer service and the well prepared food. ?

Placed on-line order for delivery, received confirmation and mobile tracking stated order was out for delivery. Pizza was never delivered. Called store to inquire, Pizza Hut associate said, "Ahh...I don't know...hold on." She set the phone down, I could hear conversation/noise in the background and she never came back. Pizza Hut as lost a long, long time customer. The least they could have done was explain why order was never delivered.
