Loved the vibe of the place. Got the Hawaiian shirt day pizza. Delicious! The employees were inviting and the service was efficient. Definitely bringing the family back next time.

Excellent service by Jerome and Fallon! I am usually always told by staff that they are out of the Gluten Free crust although it is on the menu. And when I went in yesterday, 8/24/25, I was told that again. However, this time both Jerome and Fallon actually went and looked and found a unopened box full. I am allergic so it's not optional. I have to wonder if the other employees just don't want to wipe down the counter for customers who are allergic so they just say they are out of that crust. It would have been 5 stars if I didn't have to deal with being told they are out of this crust most of the time.

Food was YUMMY. Taking a star off because the staff was rude. Side eyeing me and rolling their eyes when I’m requesting my pizza toppings. The guy putting the pizza in the oven was really sweet tho. The others ruined the mood. But again- the pizza was great!

Even though the restaurant boasts a gluten free crust, 2 out of the 3 times I've been, they say they are out of them. Also, the meatballs are nothing but grease and lack real flavor. Also, the costs for salads are CRAZY expensive.

Attempted to eat pizza at Rise Pies's as I've done on many occasions, but was told at 7:27p.m.that only salads and meatballs were available because they close at 8:00p.m. Let me add that the ovens were visibly operating. Not good for business guys.

Yummy cheesy bread!!! I like their cheesy bread sticks. The cheese is not salty and the dough doesn’t s just right. The crews are friendly. The place is clean and spacious.
Update: We bought a Pepperoni pizza with iced tea today. Im satisfied with the pizza. The only problem is it wasn’t sliced very well and the tea dispenser has no tea-it’s filled with water only.
We ordered a bacon chicken and a pepperoni pie with cheese bread. Employees were very nice and helpful. The pies were delicious.

The staff at this location are in no hurry whatsoever. They had a line out the door and were extremely slow, talked at a whisper so every customer struggled to hear them and rather than split some of the duties to be more efficient they stood next to each other talking and were much less productive. Every customer in line was complaining that they stood there for over 30 minutes just waiting to place their order. Ironic that there was a sign on the wall stating “Pizza Perfection in under 160 seconds.” As one of the only lunch locations in Tanger Outlet, this is disappointing. Management needs to re-evaluate the training the staff is given here.

I had the roll up, very tasty! It was 6.99, the side salad was stupid expensive 7.99 then they charged me 2.39 to add a little cheese then additional 2.39 to add a little bacon. No drink , with tax $21.74. Next time would probably just try a pizza no salad. Staff was nice just a little quiet, hard to hear across the big counter.
