Attempted to eat pizza at Rise Pies's as I've done on many occasions, but was told at 7:27p.m.that only salads and meatballs were available because they close at 8:00p.m. Let me add that the ovens were visibly operating. Not good for business guys.

Yummy cheesy bread!!! I like their cheesy bread sticks. The cheese is not salty and the dough doesn’t s just right. The crews are friendly. The place is clean and spacious.
Update: We bought a Pepperoni pizza with iced tea today. Im satisfied with the pizza. The only problem is it wasn’t sliced very well and the tea dispenser has no tea-it’s filled with water only.

We ordered a bacon chicken and a pepperoni pie with cheese bread. Employees were very nice and helpful. The pies were delicious.

The staff at this location are in no hurry whatsoever. They had a line out the door and were extremely slow, talked at a whisper so every customer struggled to hear them and rather than split some of the duties to be more efficient they stood next to each other talking and were much less productive. Every customer in line was complaining that they stood there for over 30 minutes just waiting to place their order. Ironic that there was a sign on the wall stating “Pizza Perfection in under 160 seconds.” As one of the only lunch locations in Tanger Outlet, this is disappointing. Management needs to re-evaluate the training the staff is given here.

I had the roll up, very tasty! It was 6.99, the side salad was stupid expensive 7.99 then they charged me 2.39 to add a little cheese then additional 2.39 to add a little bacon. No drink , with tax $21.74. Next time would probably just try a pizza no salad. Staff was nice just a little quiet, hard to hear across the big counter.

My girlfriend and I ate here for the first time together, my first time, shes been a few times and has been treated with respect and have always had a great experience here UNTIL TONIGHT, 12/6/24 around 6:50pm. I was very disappointed and uncomfortable when we walked in and were treated with a racist attitude, when we did absolutely nothing, since it was my first time eating here she was bragging to me before we walked in and she felt so bad once we walked in and got treated that way. We are not racist people by all means, we treat everyone equally because that’s how we would like to be treated. But, we have never felt this way with anywhere we have gone. I know we were not making it up because the next person that walked in was the same color as her and she was all sweet and complimenting him along with using her manners, such as hello, how are you, yes sir, and you’re welcome. We did not once get any type of manner, just an attitude and everything slammed around while making our pizza, even slamming the boxes down once our pizzas were done. The guy that was with her tonight did just fine, it seemed as if he was training because he was watching her make the pizza and mimicking her like he was still getting a hang of things, which is fine. Only thing he seemed frustrated about was her. The girl with the glasses and curly hair made us never want to come back!!!!!!

I was in your location yesterday between 1pm -2:15pm in Southhaven MS location. Two males and 1 female was on shift. Neither of them were doing anything about trying to keep the flies off the toppings. The fly landed on my pizza before he can put it in the oven. I had to tell him to remake it. Also why is it that not of the employees are wearing hair nets. They were wearing gloves but the guy have dreadlocks and its covering his eyes while he is talking with me and preparing my food. It needs to back in a ponytail. Very displeased with this restaurant yesterday. This is not my first time eating here but my first bad experience. Staff was way to nonchalant for me. Please correct these concerns & address these issues- it’s disturbing as a customer. Thank you

This place is way too expensive for what it is and they ring up whatever they want. I asked for cheese sticks and the cashier rung it up as “rise pie”. Also to have cheese on a side salad was an extra $2.39. Went to the front to them to tell them they had it wrong and the guy at the front said “this isn’t all wrong” and didn’t say they were going to refund me for their mistake. Won’t be back

I ordered the cheese breadsticks from here and it wasn’t even that great. There wasn’t even that much cheese to officially call it a “cheese breadsticks”. It just literally dough and they sprinkled cheese and that’s it. I was expecting more but I guess that’s how they make it here. Customer service was pretty ok. What’s cool is they literally make it from scratch and right when you order it so it’s fresh, which I appreciate. That’s why I’m giving it 3 stars
