Im on day two of trying to get in contact with someone about my order. I placed an order for delivery on Monday morning to be delivered between 12 PM and 2 PM same day. Sam's Club Cafe is a reliable spot for online ordering and pickup. The staff, particularly Ms. Salena, provide excellent customer service, going above and beyond to ensure timely pickup. However, there have been issues with meeting the 7-8 pm pickup time frame, leading to customer disappointment. The cafe could improve by adjusting their time slots to avoid inconvenience. Despite this, the staff's friendly and accommodating nature makes up for any shortcomings. Additionally, customers appreciate the convenience of online ordering and pickup, as long as communication and timing are improved.
