Horrible. Left the Harley dealership to get a bite to eat. Walked in no one greeted us. We finally just seated ourselves outside. We waited 30 minutes and no one even gave us a menu. We had multiple waitresses walk by and never said a word. Sadly, the same thing happened to us at the location near Bartlett. We will never, go to this location or any location ever again. I’m surprised y’all are still in business.

Came in and the ballgames were on. Music was great. Not over powering. Bar was full and everyone was having a ball. The bartender Sam was doing a fantastic job keeping the glasses full and the bottles served. Really good place on a Sunday to kick back and chill.

Absolutely horrendous service. Server couldn't get the orders correct, took over an hour to get our food, had to ask 3 times for missing orders that had never been submitted to the kitchen. Drink refills were hard to get, and wrong when we did get them. Management was as inept as the server when we tried to have the problems fixed. He couldn't figure out the order sheet the server had filled out, either, and came back 3 times to finally get it figured out. Once we finally got our food, it was okay. We go to the Memphis location frequently and it is always very satisfying. This one is a disgrace to the Sidecar brand.

Staff was friendly, nice atmosphere, and the band was enjoyable. The food was not bad, but they were out of Sicilian sandwich, burgers, hotdogs, wings, mac & cheese, and their brownie ice cream, dessert. The first two things, my son attempted to order they were out of, and then two other things within the party they were out of.Not sure how a bar and grill runs out of burgers and wings.If they get their ordering right and actually have what’s on the menu, it would be a nice place to go for a drinks, a meal and some music.
Live music was very loud, and the place nearly empty on a Friday night. Seems to be for 45+ crowds. Food was mediocre, and drinks were drowned in juices, little liquor.

I am little late on this review but Sidecar Cafe had a very good atmosphere and the service was amazing! The new manger greeted us and was helping the staff the bartender was on top of getting us everything we asked for. They have a upstairs outdoor bar with music and a downstairs inside bar if you don’t want to go outside. It’s affordable as well I highly recommend this place as a date night with you spouse or partner.

The food is very good. Service has always been prompt and pleasant. If you like amazing cheeseburgers made like on a backyard grill this place is for you. I highly recommend this place!! Sam is a fantastic waitress!
