They are always the great. Drinks amazing and staff friendly.
I tried the chickpea wrap and touchwood it’s totally addicting.
White chocolate mocha and the new veggie wrap is such a combo.
Extremely slow service, wasted half an hour in the drive thru line, couldn’t believe it!
I went through the drive-through as I most often do. I tried the lavender matcha, water, and mozzarella pesto sandwich. I enjoyed the pesto. It was nice and hot. It was a quick visit, and I loved every bite of it.
Wonderful experience both times I went when traveling to the Nashville area.
The staff here are very polite, and they've gotten my order right every time.
I usually order ahead about 8 minutes out and I my order has almost always been ready when I got there.

Went after work and they were busy in the drive through so I went in. The young man making the drinks was awesome and so fast and my drink was perfect. First time I had to wait for cheese danish he was that fast

Did give me what I wanted!
I ordered a venti iced shaken espresso. It took 20 minutes and came out as a grande. I was with my toddler, and as anyone with kids knows, 20 minutes is a lot of time to waste!! No urgency or attention to detail on the day of my visit.

Staff is unlively, unfriendly and rude. This is the 1st Starbucks I've ever visited where the staff was as unfriendly as the three or four working today. I waited 15 minutes for the cashier (?) to open a coffee cake package and hand it to me. She acted as if it was an inconvenience. No thanks. I'll continue to go out of my way to the OB location.
