Today I went to Starbucks and when I got home I looked at the lemonade dragon fruit refresher, and I drank it and there’s milk in it? I sipped it there was definitely some milk in there and that’s why my drink is foggy.. and it’s gross plus there’s no label on it for the name or what drink I got.

I ordered two coffees at once, and one came out, but it took over 10 minutes for the other to arrive. It seems like there's a problem with the system.

Filthy. I ordered a pumpkin bread and for the very first time, it was old and nasty. Service was awful also. I ordered a grande shaken espresso with oat milk too. NASTY!! That my regular drink and my first time to have it at this location. Unbelievable.

The staff are very nice and enthusiastic. They always remember what I drink every time I come here. This is the cutest coffee shop I've ever been to.

When you ask for light ice but still get a full cup of ice. I wanted coffee not ice.

I order a reusable cup and they gave me the cup that been sitting in the counter it was dusty and dirty they didn’t wash it so now my drink is dirty

I have been coming to this location for 3 months almost since I started my new job this location is on my commute. I ordered through the drive through at first & the staff was SOOO friendly big smiles every day. I’ve been ordering on the app so I can get the points for about a week now & it seems like the staff is aggravated by this they don’t seem very happy to check my order in at the speaker & I don’t get the same warm smiles & greeting when I get to the window. Today I was not only disappointed w the lack of customer service but my drink was plain espresso with milk & plain cold foam. I never had any issues before I started ordering on the app. I’m not sure what the issue is but I’ll be stopping at the location in hernando from now on hopefully they have no prejudice towards app users ☹️☹️☹️

Terrible service. The red head is toxic. So rude to me and other customers. Get a grip lady.

I tried the chickpea wrap and touchwood it’s totally addicting.
White chocolate mocha and the new veggie wrap is such a combo.

Extremely slow service, wasted half an hour in the drive thru line, couldn’t believe it!
