I ordered with DoorDash. Placed order for a large and paid for a large received a regular. Called to tell them the phone rang for 5 minutes and no one answered. I also added special instructions that where not followed. Will never order from them again.

I just spent $18 on a Chicken Philly vombo from this Steak Esacpe and it was the worst Chicken Philly i have ever had!!!!Their speaker wasnt working this time and the last time i came you had to order online because their system was down.Dont waste your time or money here cause obviously management doesnt care.

They’re never open it seems like. It says they close at 9pm, I just drove over there at 6pm and they were closed. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak from them one day it was cold as ice. 0/10 would recommend.

THIS RESTAURANT SECRETLY GOES BY THE NAME Philly Fresh Cheesesteaks on doordash which should tell you what kind of company this is. Most companies are happy with the reputation they have built and would not dare sell their product under a different name. But these guys specialize in selling you steak and cheese flavored bread because they do not put enuff meat or cheese on the sandwich, to begin with. Now you might have ordered a 12" sandwich but if they feel like it, you may get only 6 " of the sandwich you ordered. Please be wary of restaurants that sell their products under a different company name. The people who really own Philly Fresh Cheesesteaks should sue for ruining their name. Horrible experience.

Food tasted great, and the service was good. They were really busy and it took awhile to get our food. It was made to order, so no complaint from me.
Fries had burnt taste and sandwich was tasteless. Pepper's were hard bred was chewy more bread than meat. Drive threw was slow.
Made to order so its a wait but no complaints here!
Drive Thur is terrible!! Never seen anything like it they are very slow, and can never understand your order.
