You really got to watch the workers at this location.here at what they ate doing. They are overcharging food prices and using your points or discounts without you you asking them to use it. Might want to save it for later date.

Poor customer service! My sandwich was not made correctly. I made an online order and when I arrived to retrieve my order I specifically asked if double meat was added to my order that I paid extra for and added to my order. The person at the counter assured me my sandwich was made correctly like I ordered. I went home only to find out that several things were missing from my sandwich. I made a call to the store and the manger remembered making my sandwich incorrectly and stated that he would make me another sandwich at a later time of my choosing and, he would in fact leave my receipt next to the register for his employees to know what to make, when I came back in.
I came in the pepperchase subway again next day 09-27-2025 to get my sandwich remade correctly. To my surprise, I was told I could only get 3 cookies for the inconvenience and not a whole sandwich like I had been promised and line the manger and I had discussed. The manger was not present at this time therefore, I asked to speak to a manager and they called him by cell phone. The manger on the phone while I’m in the subway went back on his word. The manger on the phone stated he would not be making me a new sandwich and would only agree to giving me some cookies. This to me is very poor service. Unacceptable! On top of all that, the entire time I was speaking to the manager on the phone, the workers had earbuds in their ears while making the food. The two employees making food even kept touching their ears while wearing gloves, the same gloves that they were wearing while they made the sandwiches. This store is in a prime location in the city of Southaven and needs to be investigated for cleanliness, customer service and code enforcement. I am very disgusted and unhappy about there honor, educate and ability to provide a high health standard establishment for our residents in Southaven.

Went to order sandwiches with my mom,
She ordered 3 6inch combos, they misheard her and gave her 3 of the daily special which was a phily cheese steak. Then had the nerve to look at us crazy as if they didn't make the mistake. We reordered but one of them put the wrong condiment on my sandwich and completely ruined it. Its already hard to order food from this location because they don't understand english but this time it was especially bad.

I ordered online, and they were super stingy with the vegetables even though I put extra on the ones I needed extra of. I wouldn’t recommend this location since they got new ownership.

Our subs have always been great. The employees are great . My boyfriend and I went in and this other customer wasn't being clear. She started yelling and making a scene, which the employees handled really well. Note to self... I don't want to ever be that lady.

Today while ordering with my grandmother who is 79 years old, Workers were laughing while she was ordering. My grandmother has a very bad nerve condition where she shakes really badly the lady who was putting the topping in her order thought that she should laugh when my grandmother was telling her what she wanted on her sandwich because she couldn’t decide what toppings or dressings she wanted. As we proceeded to check out the guy at the register started to laugh as well as my grandmother got ready to insert her card into the reader which took her a second because she shakes really badly due to her nerve condition. This was the worst experience i’ve ever had. There is no way anyone should be laughing at someone else’s condition this was rude and I will definitely share my expirience with others who eat at this subway! 0/10 customer service!

Their fountain drink machine is down (which I don’t believe) but the sweet and unsweet tea is available. I think they’re trying to force ppl into buying bottled drinks only. This location does not honor coupons.
