The only reason I gave service a 4 was the older lady was very friendly and tried. The other two acted like they wanted you to hurry up and leave. My meatball sub had to much cheese and no sauce. My chicken one had barley any meat at all. I ordered online took my money than went inside and they said they did not get my online order. Then I had to pay cash for it. Twice I paid. Thanks alot

Manager is rude, not accommodating at all and he lacks customer service skills. He burnt my pizza and wanted me to get in the back of the line after I asked him to remake it. I refused to wait behind 5 people so he got mad at me, went back and forth with me after i asked for a refund and while at the register this man tried to talk down to me & also told me not to come back to this location. I stopped him and told him that I didn’t need the extra talking and attitude I just needed my refund receipt & he proceeded to yell things as I walked out the door. I’ve never seen a man act so sassy, I have no problem ever spending another dime at this location.

I Ordered online they did not prepare the orders correctly, so I brought them back. Let me add the workers attitude when I walked in before she realized what i was there for was very nice and welcoming but switched instantly and got upset with me because they didn't read the order correctly. Then when remaking the sandwiches she got mad because i asked for mayo and it wasn't on the ticket and she wouldn't give me any, she just picked up the ticket and pointed to where it didnt say mayo. Very rude all over a mistake that could of been easily corrected.

Horrible. I had a pick up and waited 30 minutes after they ignored me when i came in the store twice and finaly thought they made my phone but made someone elses and continued to make orders for others. This is the second time here and same thing. Will never return.

Under new management!!! They only accept coupons for the sandwiches post on the picture. This place would usually be packed for lunch now it’s dead. I will say the place is clean since they have time on their hands. Had to come back and edit my review normally Subway has the best cookies mine were hard and overcooked.

I dont mean this is in a horrible manner but if you dont understand what someone is requesting after you messed up an order, then hang up after they call then just do whatever and say sorry, THEN DONT WORK IN RETAIL.

So this one was last subway out of 433 in the tri state area to still take coupons. New owners took over couple months back. Today had my 5.99 6in meal coupon. Ordered usual Titan Turkey. Said at register that sandwich was excluded. On coupon it exclused several but not the Titan Turkey. She said that just decided in their own to add that to the exclusion. So here we go on the downslope.

I’ve been going to this Subway for lunch for a couple of years. They know me by name when I walk in. Recently they stopped honoring Subway mobile app specials and the staff is not the same. Maybe new ownership??? Either way, I’m no longer interested in doing business at this Subway location.

They're not honoring the coupons anymore you can only pick from the build your own menu which doesn't add up to the amount of the coupons for 3 footlongs for 17.99 the build your own is only 4.99 sandwiches. They're exceptionally rude and under new management when you're only trying to ask simple questions about their new policy on coupons. They don't accept anything but the one coupon also. They only let certain people use their restrooms, I noticed as I was standing there observing. They weren't the right color I suppose when someone of another ethnicity just came out. It's just not a place me and my family will visit ever again. My coins are worked hard to earn. Good Day. Shop wisely.

They no longer accept coupons which is the 1# reason we always chose this place to buy lunch but now if we want to use coupons you gotta bring yourself all the way to memphis..no thank

My friend and our kids drove up to get some sandwiches about 10 minutes before closing, but when we got there, the door was locked, and the lights were off. If you have operating hours posted, you need to honor those hours.

It was great. Ordered online and they prepare online orders first since you've already paid. They are about the only ones around that actually take coupons (none of the other ones do except Memphis I think) which I think is wild, but whatever. The bread was a little chewy which is why the loss of a star. Besides that the rest was fine. They do have a fireassssss core. Overall it was good though.
