Rude cashier, can’t even sing/fill out the recipe after paying. This individual will literally snatch the recipe while you are signing it and throw your credit card at you, instead of handing it to you like a person. “Okay enough signing.” Is the statement I got 6/10/2025 @ 2:46pm. Plus the chicken smells like propane.

The food was great. Service was horrible. The cashier rushed us on the ordering. Never asked if we were dining in or take out. When asked a question about an item, he simply replied i already swiped your card and cut me off. When asked for duck sauce, he simply threw it at me and on the counter like i was bothering him. This was my first visit, and I was very disappointed with the service.

Don’t get me wrong the food is good. But the workers NEEDS to work on hygiene. I seen both the cashier and the other man eating while I came in. The dude was cutting a cucumber while eating a spring roll. Then the cashier is always digging in his ears and nose. I’m sorry but from now on out I’ll just be going to Memphis because y’all should be more careful and CLEAN when dealing with people food.

One of my favorite places for fried rice. But I recommend ordering on doordash, bc the cashier is very rude. He rushes u to pay and very snappy, I’ve been in 4 times and it’s been the same every time I don’t get it. But ordering it on door dash it’s always hot and good and cheap ?

Whoever the guy was at the register is very rude. Yall really need to learn some sort of etiquette when comes to customer service. Then expect a tip for poor custumer service. Smh I don't care how good the food is, poor service will make you lose customers.

I just visited that place about 30 minutes ago and had the worst experience, the counter clerk is rude as hell and unprofessional. He made a comment referring to me as a child. It was inappropriate and disrespectful. He should not work in customer service at all. I got my money back and will never visit that place again.
