Rude and disrespectful. I’m not sure if the workers here are racist or they just have awful customer service skills. The woman who came to the register when i went in did not speak or say a word. She proceeded to start tapping on the screen and then looked at me and asked “What do you want?” as if I was bothering her. She had an extremely nasty attitude, and she made her store lose out on a sale and a customer because i will not be disrespected and pay my money somewhere. I politely walked out because I don’t want anything after receiving that type of attitude. They also have very unhygienic men working in this location. There is a man with no teeth that always looks extremely sweaty and like he has not bathed. If you’re going through the drive thru be careful. I doubt this place and these working are taking the right precautions when storing and making your food and drinks. Awful location and will not be returning. You need your customers money more than they need you. Remember that.

This place does have really good food, but the service is absolutely AWFUL. They basically say "What do you want" at the speaker, which you can barely hear anyway, thrj they just tell you to pull around OR don't respond at all. And when you FINALLY get to the window they do jot acknowledge you the least bit, so you sit there for about 10 minutes before someone even asks for your card, then you are lucky to pay and get the food. The service needs a reset because I don't e en wanna come here anymore.

Food and smoothies have always been good the lack of people working is a concern. The language barrier also. If you can’t speak clear English maybe the drive thru position isn’t for you. I asked for jalapeño corn and instead got jalapeño chips. And then after the mishap tried to say I was wrong and change me an extra $4.50. I believe it’s a family owned franchise who don’t wish to bring any outside employees in for now. I wish the service and attitudes were a little more respectful

I love Tropical Smoothie when it comes to my smoothies, fruit bowls and food items….but the ONLY time I received exceptional customer service skills was LAST YEAR when a young man of color took my order, he SPOKE when I came to the window and acknowledged me, which is the FIRST time someone has ever greeted me when I pull up (I’ve been there several times prior) and their customer service is HORRIBLE… the last time I went to TS… was my FINAL time…I felt as if I was treated unfairly…The OWNERS who are also the servers of the specific TS I GO TO are RUDE….my order has been wrong TWICE an it was an in app order where it can be modified SPECIFICALLY how you want it. Now the first time, they corrected it and told me to just come back the next day, the 2nd time however was not, and maybe it was because it was a face to face interaction…the associate tried to argue with me about my order and tell me what’s included and what’s not, then proceeds to tell me I have to pay extra for some I’ve ALREADY paid for, then they take the order back to “examine” 2 people surrounded the person who had my fruit bowl while she takes a fork to stir it around to see if they missed anything, now sees that my mangoes were in fact MISSING, they added the fruit and proceeds to give it back to the man at the window and the man just says it was inside at the bottom, which it wasn’t….i didn’t clown or act a fool, I told them I hope they didn’t think I would eat something they played in while I was looking, drove off and threw the order away….this could have been avoided if you would have just given me the fruit in a cup like I asked before….but it’s ok now I’ll tell the WHOLE truth…I was able to deal with the rudeness just by downloading the app and not having to speak to anyone…but now, until I speak with CORPORATE & ACTION is taken…I will continue to speak…them trying to give me an $8 coupon to shut me up won’t work especially when the bowl was $13….so I’ll be calling until I get the answer I deserve….
