I eat at tropical smoothie cafe a lot and they 100% vary by location. This one is definitely one of the better ones I have been to!!! My app order was ready before I arrived and my flatbread was full and hot, which it tends to only be one of those!

This is my 3rd time coming to this location and the 1st time with a bad experience. I am drinking my drink and it taste ok a little icey. While drinking I thought my drink wasn't blended well, so when I stop I pull the unblended item out my mouth and it was plastic in my drink. I know I swallow some and with ever drink I taste some. Then I tried to call the number on the site. They not answering. I am really upset and disappointed.

There is a tall male that works at the Union location. Please watch him, he will cash you out while you are attempting to open your app to get your points. He also leave out ingredients in your smoothies.

One of the most disappointing customer service experiences I have encountered involved a lack of attention and a failure to fulfill an order. Upon entering the establishment, we were not greeted by any staff members. Despite the presence of three employees, we stood there for approximately five minutes, all of whom made eye contact with us.
As an employee exited the back, assuming the managerial role, one of the employees abruptly took our order. However, fifteen minutes later, I noticed that the blender, which we had ordered smoothies from, was not operating. Upon approaching the counter to inquire about my order, I discovered that the employee who had taken our order was exclusively handling drive-thru orders.
In response to my request for a refund, the employee appeared to be unfamiliar with the process and did not comprehend me asking for a refund. The manager intervened and seen the order hadn’t even been made. He then proceeded to issue the refund.
It had been a total of twenty-five minutes since our initial interaction, and out of the four employees present, none had attempted to prepare our order.

The staff is super rude. They never acknowledge you when you walk in and look irritated that you're actually there! The negative attitude that you receive if you have a question is atrocious! My detox island green smoothie did not have banana or ginger and it was supposed to! Today was my first and last visit.

If I could give 0 stars 100% would. So rude!!! Omg all I wanted was a smoothie not “what you want” and then slamming the window in my face twice. Byeeee lucky I don’t live in this state. ALSO NOT KIDDING wish I took a pic I swear they dumped the entire tub of sauce on my sandwich, literally the paper it was wrapped in was WET.

Rude and disrespectful. I’m not sure if the workers here are racist or they just have awful customer service skills. The woman who came to the register when i went in did not speak or say a word. She proceeded to start tapping on the screen and then looked at me and asked “What do you want?” as if I was bothering her. She had an extremely nasty attitude, and she made her store lose out on a sale and a customer because i will not be disrespected and pay my money somewhere. I politely walked out because I don’t want anything after receiving that type of attitude. They also have very unhygienic men working in this location. There is a man with no teeth that always looks extremely sweaty and like he has not bathed. If you’re going through the drive thru be careful. I doubt this place and these working are taking the right precautions when storing and making your food and drinks. Awful location and will not be returning. You need your customers money more than they need you. Remember that.

Vegetarian options: You can substitute any entree with a plant based chicken substitute . And alter your smoothie to your liking .

This place does have really good food, but the service is absolutely AWFUL. They basically say "What do you want" at the speaker, which you can barely hear anyway, thrj they just tell you to pull around OR don't respond at all. And when you FINALLY get to the window they do jot acknowledge you the least bit, so you sit there for about 10 minutes before someone even asks for your card, then you are lucky to pay and get the food. The service needs a reset because I don't e en wanna come here anymore.
