There is no reason my food should be cold and stale at 11pm! Dixie Queen makes their orders hot and fresh every time! Also, if I order a large fry, I expect to get a large fry! Do not waste your money at this location!

What’s the point in staying open until 1 if all your gonna do is serve old food , i ordered to biggie bag meals and both orders were very old .

On Christmas Eve order placed 6:25 pm - confirmation for picking up order sent 6:48pm and never received an order! I wanted to take the time to write in regards to very poor customer service and disappointment I experience with my mobile order below. I placed order below ahead of time and It stated this store closed today at 8pm. I went before this time then sat in line 9 months pregnant might I add and then young lady came to speaker said they was only accepting mobile orders and I said I have a mobile order and she told me to pull around. I sat in line 37 minutes as I watched thru the window watching everyone play and laughing and walk around. After patiently waiting a young girl came to the window and said sorry we close at 7 and we are put everything up. In the time of waiting I already received a confirmation email saying thank you for picking the order below and I was already charged for it. I called inside the store spoke with someone whom said they was the manager and told me they don’t accept mobile orders the orders are accepting thru the app so they don’t send confirmation out when an order is made and I needed to contact Wendy’s mobile customer service. This is the more unprofessional, ghetto, ratchetness I have ever experienced for a Wendy’s mobile order. No replacement order absolutely do not want a replacement order or Wendy’s gift card can fix this issue!! The manager on duty should be held responsive for closing a store an hour early then the time store is set to close only cause she don’t want to be there later to close up.
