They are so nice there. The food is absolutely delicious ?! You have to make a reservation at least 10 days in advance but it is well worth it! Very welcoming atmosphere (and fancy). We will definitely be coming back!!!

Haven’t been in 2-3 years and clearly recalled why. Not the best food! 1 st after making reservations they didn’t write it down and were worried about seating other reservations. No one came in after us!!!Brussel sprouts are not sauté they are terrible. 3 people at our table tried them and all agreed they were bad. Would not

SO GOOD. Y’all, the fried chicken mac and cheese was better than it had any right to be. I will be dreaming of this mac and cheese until I come back to Starkville. The grilled Caesar salad was also delicious. The only thing that wasn’t a home run was the cocktails (they were just okay). I will order wine with my mac and cheese next time ??‍♀️ I will definitely be back!

Really good brunch place, just wish the Bloody Mary had some more fun toppings, but that is the only complaint. The jams are made in house and are so good. Want to come back.

I visit this place a couple of times out the month for to go brunch orders and sometimes I dine in. Once inside the restaurant the staff (mostly young college students) will stare at you without opening their mouths. Very distant towards certain guests. I advise them to maybe learn how to speak to all customers by asking if they are dining in or placing a to go order. In particular, the staff I usually notice with this rude attitude are blonde and one with very bad acne. Please train your staff on how to interact with customers. Your restaurant isn’t a sorority row.

TLDR: apparent lack of management/owner presence led to a horrible service experience.Group of 4 visited Bob's for brunch. We arrived before the doors opened and were seated promptly with our order taken within 10 minutes of being seated which was great. 25 minutes later the waiter tells us our food will be out soon. 25 minutes after that, he tells us it should be out shortly. then after waiting for 1 hour and 12 minutes and all the other tables that were sat at the same time had already eaten, paid and left, he comes and tells us that there was an issue since we arrived right when they were opening. The kitchen had told him to hold our order so they wouldn’t stack up, then they never told him they were open for more orders, so people that arrived after us had their order put in prior to ours but ours was 2 tickets away. Now, one would think that if you had messed up a situation like that, the waiter would tell the kitchen that we'd been waiting over an hour for food and ours should be moved up to the front of the line. However, we just nodded our head and acknowledged that we had been waiting for over an hour and other tables that arrived after us had already eaten and left. The waiter apologized. When our food did arrive, the fried chicken was black, the burger was burnt and dry, and the potato hash was soggy. The waiter asked if anything could be done to improve our experience as he knew we were frustrated, and I just asked for our check and told him the burger was burnt. He requested to get me a new burger to which I eventually agreed; I didn't want to wait longer for food. He then came back a few minutes later to tell me that because they add pork to the patty which they grind in-house, they have to cook it to a certain temperature. It seemed like he (or someone from the kitchen) was implying that the burger wasn't actually burnt. No one other than the waiter ever came to our table to address the issues, and nothing was done to improve the experience other than the "apology". We have eaten at Bob's previously for brunch and have had good experiences in which the burger was apparently cooked to temperature without being burnt and the other food was good. We've also had poor experiences at dinner time with similar issues with service, or lack thereof, and no acknowledgement from any higher up or the owner who was in the kitchen at those instances.

Family of 4 visited Sunday morning. We stood in line at 1050 am so we would be assured a table. We were seated promptly at 1100 along with other groups of more than four. The waiter promptly took food and drink orders and then we watched for 1 hour and 12 minutes while all other tables ate and left. During this time, the waiter visited our table twice to say the order was coming right out. Finally the waiter had to acknowledge something had occurred and said he was only allowed a certain number of orders and ours had been put on hold. When the order came out at 12:12 pm, the burger was a black hockey puck. At this point we were resolved to just finish and leave. The waiter then asked us what he could do to make things better (management should have visited our table at this point) and insisted on remaking the burger. Ten minutes later he came back to inform us that pork in the burger has to be cooked to a certain temperature so the kitchen could not perform any faster. We have visited 4 other times, with this being the second time we had this poor experience. I actually sympathized with the waiter. Management should have been visible to handle whatever breakdown in service occurred.

First time to experience CB's and will return. Food was great and appreciate the twist on cauliflower. Had the stuffed porkchop. Seared and grilled bone-in chop with housemade boudin and blueberry compote. Excellent pairing! Was also fortunate to enjoy dinner with Brady, CB owner and his wife. Great conversation and insight into the dishes and drinks. Continued well wished and success for CB's!

Visited on a Friday night, football weekend. Service was good, food was average. Salmon was very good and seasoned appropriately. Side were tasty, spinach florentine was overly saucy. Fried chicken Mac was good but over salted. Cocktails were the highlight, Old fashion was excellent. Ambience was below average. Super loud and could not carry on a normal conversation with those across the table. Server basically had to scream to communicate with diners. All in all, decent place. Better choices in town.
