I am a regular at Jacks in different places so decided I would go to the one in Starkville while visiting. I would have to say hands down, that is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Ordered a meal. Only allowed one side. I’ve ordered the same meal at different jacks and always gotten 2. One of our plates didn’t have a biscuit. I had to go back and get one. Another plate was missing the side item. Had to go get it. Never an apology. This cannot be blamed...read full review
