Food was great, our bartender Sebastian was great and attentive, greeting us as soon as we sat down snd gave us recommendations on food and drinks, and even changed the TV to the baseball game for us.

Great place and very convenient to campus for walking and site seeing. The staff was pretty busy the only reason I gave 4 stars is because they forgot my food and my party ate without me. But other than that. Very great restaurant. Clean,spacious and affordable

Easter Sunday not busy took 35 minutes to get drinks and order placed, the food well chicken sandwich was dry, the fries were cold the mac and cheese was so dry not worth eating, the sprite was all carbonated no syrup, the server never checked back to see if we needed refills or anything. Very disappointing! No silverware had to ask for it and it was plastic ware. The burger was dry and just basic. We have eaten at other mugshots restaurants and never had this experience. Won't come back here. Just sorry service and sorry food.

Really enjoyed my visit to mugshots starkville my food was great and Maggie was on her A game took very good care of us very knowledgeable about the menu and drinks great personality funny and charming she really went above and beyond will definitely be back thanks mugshots and a shout out to Maggie and the staff !!!!!!

Mugshots Starkville. Great food great service. Awesome experience until I got to the parking lot. Don’t go in and have a few drinks and stay awhile and pay a 75$ bill. Because if you do, and you stay over their parking lot time limit, it cost 10$. Just saying they lost a customer tonight. Absolutely ridiculous.
Our experience at Mugshots was stupendous. My wife and I were blown away by the quality and the taste of our food. We began our incredible night with the remarkable cheese wedges (pepper jack to be exact). They blew us away. I had the southern burger which knocked me outta my seat with the flavor. My wife had the kids chicken tender basket and she said it was equivalent to a Michelin star restaurant. She said they blow McDonald’s out of the water. Finally, I can’t say enough about the remarkable work by our server Maggie. She was the best waitress we have ever had and my wife and I would like to recommend Mugshots to promote her to management immediately. Every server could learn from her! Thank you again Mugshots for making my wife and I have the best 30th anniversary experience we could ever ask for.

Recommended dishes: Texan Burger
Love the A1 burger and the buns they use for their burgers. I also like their fries when they are fresh but , this last time I visited and ordered a to-go order , the fries were not fresh and were cold. It is pricey as well. Cost almost $40 for two people. If I'm paying that much for two people , I expect my food to be fresh and not cold.

I love Mugshots. I went there for the first time 3 yrs ago and every time I visit my parents on Thanksgiving (Columbus) it's the spot me and my sister go to. This particular location was were it started and we just went in last week on a surprise visit to my parents. Out waitress was super sweet food was great. I recommend the McDowell Burger or the Pow Pow shrimp (that's what my mom had) and I had to ask for a bite...amazing!!!

One of the best restaurant experiences I have ever had. Maggie was my server, she always had a smile on her face, and she was the sweetest! She went above and beyond for our table making sure we had refills, condiments, and anything we asked for. Will definitely be back! ❤️❤️
