Had ordered food that you need spoon or fork to eat and you have to ask for it and ask for salt and pepper. The staff act like they hate being there and treat customers as if it's their fault. When it comes to staff, I blame management for either not training them properly or not overseeing their actions
Food was good and fresh clean dining area and bathroom. They called my name when my order was ready and 3 employees stood around talking about non work related stuff for probably 2 or 3 minutes as I stood there waiting for one of them to hand me my food which had been sitting there ready to go since they called my name
Popeyes outdid themselves today. Usually they have horrible customer service and the chicken is downsized but today they were actually super polite and only forgot a few things, which for Popeyes is pretty good. Just walked into the store and they rectified my missing food no problem. The also gave me a good portion of food with my order. Whoever the staff was tonight I applaud them and appreciate the good Popeyes experience.
